Sorting is a such a basic and useful tool, that I can't understand why it isn't offered, in addition to the filters, which are also useful. There has to be a reason. I can only assume that filters allow you to monitor your clients somehow where sorting does not. Admittedly, pure speculation on my part. Please add the sort feature. You can always spy on my deleted mail.
