    For web: go to Settings > Account > Language and time > Time format

    For Android in the sidebar go to Settings > General > Time format

    I realize this is not the most important feature to work on but it should be so easy to implement. Being stuck with am/pm is especially irritating; if you have to use one date and time format for all your worldwide customers, at least make it ISO 8601 (yyyy-mm-dd with 24h time).
