    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

This is a dealbreaker for me. Just became a paying customer, this would not have happened if I knew that this basic functionality was lacking.

Did not even think about researching this. Why on earth isn't this an option? It works fine on the cellphone.

Switzerland, where Protonmail is based, is using the 24h format as well.

Most of the world uses the 24 hr format, it is OK if AM/PM is standard, and 24h as an option.

If I install a random app that doesn't support 24 hr and dd-mm-yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd format, I uninstall it. I'll just have to see if I can live with this backwards way of displaying important info until my subscription is up for renewal. Really hope this is fixed soon as Protonmail seems to be perfect in other regards.

NB: This is just as annoying as having a car with mph on the speedo, and all speed limits are posted in kmh, or having a GPS with miles as distance unit, and you live in a country that uses km.
