    For web: go to Settings > Account > Language and time > Time format

    For Android in the sidebar go to Settings > General > Time format

    Yes please, YYYY-MM-DD is the ISO standard date format. Make it switchable for the courtesy of American users.

    Also 24 hours time format please. I see things like 12:37 PM. Is that 0:37 the next day??
