ProtonMail offers encrypted contacts for both web and mobile applications (https://protonmail.com/blog/encrypted-contacts-manager/). Calendar and note functionality will be released in the future.

I am a Plus user and very much like ProtonMail, however, not being able to sync contacts on an iPhone is an issue. I cannot tell who is iMessaging/SMSing/phoning me without a secondary contact list (either locally on the phone or using google/ms/yahoo/icloud/etc.). It appears I can make a call from the ProtonMail app, but cannot send a message. The easiest solution is just to have ProtonMail sync contacts to use the native apps. Believe this is related to:

Maybe you cannot do so because of some security/encryption issues, if that is the case let please let us know.
Can you please provide a info, timeline, and a roadmap regarding contact sync with phones. We are well passed two years since this was "Started". Without phone integration it is mess to handle contacts.
