Undo Send
Implement a 'send email delay' when you press Send button it does not send email immediately, just with a slight 5 to 10 second delay, or ability to cancel sending an email after I press Send button.
Just like Google has in its Gmail.

To postpone procedure of email sending.
Implementation:
show delay icon (usually clock icon) and user can set any exact time or predefined 30 mins, 1 hour, 24 hours, 48 hours, etc.
Probably server-side: mobile users and web app users should sends postponed emails to server and server waits to send itAbility to revoke email send.
1) May be by id or by clicking Forward on that previously posponed email which already sent to server and which copy user has in his Sent folder.
2) May be server should auto-reply with msg "your email <title> will be send to <recepient> at X:XX PM" and graphical btn below "Revoke" which can be styled as "Clear Cache" in the Android app.Why server side implementation?
Ability to close web browser or to be offline on smart phone should not decide the ability to send email.Thank you!

Delay of more than just a few seconds would be very useful.
Ability to send at a certain time, for example, delay sending email until 7am the next day. -

Agree that this would be a great feature, considering I accidentally hit the hotkeys for sending and sent an email prematurely only minutes ago. :)

I totally agree and wish for this feature at least once a day - I reply to a huge amount of emails for work and often forget to include attachment, add a CC contact, or edit information at last minute. Please add this feature asap - up to 30secs to cancel/undo send would be perfect.

please add a configurable delay for sending emails. This is similar to gmail and some email clients. one clicks send email and has 30 seconds to recall the email before it goes out.

please add this option, its very useful to have 30 seconds before actually sending, so we can recover from that "oh wait" moment :)

I think copying the good parts of gmail is probably the best strategy for building a badass email service. :) So yes, two votes for undo send!

Schedules messages to be sent in the future like Streak for Gmail.

I'd reallyyy appreciate this feature as someone with serious ADHD I cannot discipline myself to send things when they need to go out, and have the best emails written at 2am.

A delay of a few seconds to a few months would be awesome!

This would be a really important feature. I'm having a surgery, and want to send a time sensitive email, in case something were to go wrong to loved ones. If surgery goes okay, then I can come in and delete the email before it is actually sent at a future date. This can't be that difficult to do.

I'm human. I make mistakes.
"Undo" send is a life-saver for me. I used it all the time in Gmail.First, ability to turn on "Undo send" in settings. And then specify 5,15,30 seconds delay before sending the email.
I would love this feature!

I'd also like to add the suggestion to delay sending emails for a specific time and date. Say I want to email someone but not until next month. I can write the email today and have it scheduled to be sent in the future.

I would like to see the same functionality as in Google Inbox, where your inbox functions more like a to-do list. Emails can be marked as Done, where they disappear from your view ("Inbox" view, but still accessible in the "Done" view) or Schedule to a later time, where they also disappear (move to "Scheduled" view. This allows for a very efficient workflow; handle emails now and mark as Done, or schedule for a later time (later today, tomorrow, weekend, next week or a specific time).

Yes please. This is a free plugin for Gmail, but now that I no longer trust Google ...
It doesn't have to be complicated. Just offer the option of delaying sends by 10, 20, or 30 seconds—that's it.

I'd like to suggest changing the title of this feature request to "Add Undo Send option" just so it's easier to find and vote for!

I agree with this but it should have settings from a few minutes all the way up to a month on a sliding scale!
