One event in more than one calendar
I have two shared calendars for two different groups, and I want to add an event to both of them without having to copy it.

Assign emails tasks with priority
Being able to make an email a task with a certain given priority would be extremely helpful in organizing emails. And then being able to sort those emails according to their task priority, so that the emails with the highest priority appear on top. I use it every day in Outlook. Proton should offer it too.

Proton Scribe Linux support
Proton Scribe is a great tool for writing emails, however the lack of support for letting users run Proton Scribe locally on a Linux system limits the usage and the privacy of this feature greatly

Expanded color selection
Being able to assign a calendar's color with an HTML color picker would be extremely beneficial.

Highlight unread count on folders as well
The Unread cont is such a small number on folders, it's easy to overlook. It should be clear to see in order to notice new emails that are sorted into a folder by an automatic filter. If folders could have colors and the highlight would use that color, that would be even better.
I've made a Greasmonkeyscript on Greasey Fork called "Highlight folder unread count" to showcase this.

"Reply all" should put ALL recipients as "To" adresses
It is driving me nuts that if I am part of a group of recipients of an email, and I hit "Reply all" then only the one who sent the email I am replying ALL to is put as "To" recipient - the rest are added as CC recipients, even if all were "To" recipients on the email I reply to.
Please either change this - I've never seen another client handle "Reply all" in this way - or at the very least make it a setting on my account (not per client) if I want the current behaviour or…3 votes -
expand day+week view
When in week view, we should be able to view all the items (that have no time) we have. Now we see only 3 or 4 no matter how big the screen is. On the left where we see "GMT+1' there should be a drop down arrow to expand the top part of the screen and see all items on all 7 days. Now the focus is too much on the hours view of the days.
Now I have to click all the days where I see: '3 items more' and cant have oversight.

ability to run a filter on one message
Especially for testing - running a sieve script on 5000 messages in the inbox is PAINFULLY SLOW. If it wasn't this would be less of an issue, but my scripts aren't working, and I'm trying to figure out why, and it's taking like 15-30 minutes to run the sieve script. If I could run it on one message, I could instantly (more or less) see if it's moved to another folder.

Dual / Multiple Time Zone View
Please add a simple toggle or an optional second time-zone bar to the calendar view.
Often scheduling events with people in other time zones requires annoying mental math or switching tabs to check conversions and can be easy to make mistakes or get frustrated when the clocks change.
A second time zone on the left of the main calendar can help. Other apps do this with a "sticky" secondary timezone label at the top of the sidebar. For example, you could permanently see both your local time (GMT+1) and your colleague's time (GMT+7) side-by-side.
The instant, at-a-glance clarity removes friction,…

Dark mode not rendering correctly on mobile
When I use dark mode on the Proton Mail mobile app, it doesn't render certain emails correctly. Specifically it doesn't adjust the background color consistently, so some sections have very low contrast and become unreadable. When I open the same emails on my browser, they render just fine on all the themes. The issue seems specific to mobile. It would be very helpful to have a more consistent experience across mobile and browser. I have kind of given up on opening up emails on mobile for this reason because sometimes I truly can't ready them.

Automatically detect and prefill event time from text entered in the description field
When a calendar event description starts with a time (e.g., '17:00' or '5 PM'), automatically detect it with regex and prefill the event’s time fields—simple to implement, high user value, inspired by Google Calendar. (or let me know and I will implement it for you <3)

Notications from shared calendars
When sharing a calendar, for example in a family, it would be nice to know if other members of the shared calendar adds, deletes or make changes to the calendar. It could be a change of time, title or date of an existing appointment. Or if a member adds an new appointment.
Would it be possible to add this feature to the calendar?3 votes -
Update view (with columns) of Proton Mail in iOS.
Please urgently integrate the column view in Proton Mail for iOS (especially iPad) to have a modern email client view with a column for email inbox + view of email content.
Current work is not user-friendly and the current client is like something from the 90s.3 votes -
Dedicated Proton Calendar App for MacOS
Instead of using the proton mail app for calendar, have a dedicated proton calendar app for macOS.
In the meantime, or if this is not something Proton wants to pursue, I would appreciate a couple of changes to the proton mail app:
I would like to be able to pick which is the default view when the app is launched to calendar instead of mail.I would also like to be able to two finger swipe left or right to be able to scroll back and forth between different weeks or months or days instead of just having the arrow…

Scan paper based event invites into Proton Calendar
In Proton calendar, a user should be able to scan any paper based event invitation (think wedding invite, graduation party notice, healthcare appointment, etc.) and automatically create a calendar event entry prepopulated with all the respective fields filled like title, time, location, etc.

A bridge for the Proton calendar
I would like to have a bridge, as realised with the Proton email, with which the calendar entries in the Proton calendar are mirrored in the standard calendar on the Mac or iPhone. Then they would also be displayed automatically on the Apple Watch.

Native desktop application instead of web wrapper
The current ProtonMail Windows desktop app looks like a zero-effort separate web window.
Instead, it should be a fully-featured client app, similar to the very well-built "eM Client."

Hide "sent mail" from "all mail" view
Can you add to not view "sent" folder as well to the "all mail" filter? I use folders/filters, but sometimes would like to view "all mail", but not spam, trash or sent in the view.
