adding docs directly from proton mail to proton drive
It's good to have the option to add attachment docs directly from proton mail to proton drive using a simple click on the proton mail; since right now I have to download it on my computer or my tablet or my cellphone and then upload it into proton drive to review it, save it or even edit it (if it is docs or sheets).

Additional Options for Booking Page
Add to booking page:
- Buffer times before and after meetings to avoid back-to-back meetings
- Add maximum number of meetings per day, per week
- Allow adding more people to the appointment
- Ask booker's Time Zone. Currently the email that the person receives has in the subject the time in my time zone, which is not necessarily his/her time zone. This has already confused some of my clients and missed meetings. Even though it was correctly set in their calendar. The subject of the confirmation email has importance.1 vote -

Tasks in Proton Calendar
The Idea
I would love to see Proton Calendar evolve into a unified productivity hub by integrating a native task and project management layer — think the best of Microsoft To Do and Microsoft Planner, but built with the privacy-first DNA that makes Proton what it is.
What I Am Proposing
A task management module embedded directly inside Proton Calendar that allows users to:
Create and assign tasks with due dates, priorities, and labels — visible alongside calendar events in a single, unified view.
Organise tasks into project boards — simple Kanban-style columns (To Do / In Progress / Done)…

copy subject line
emails from websites for confirming an account made often have the code displayed in the subject line. when selecting an email where the subject line is, it should select the text being displayed there, optionally there should be a feature of quick copying subject when it displays as a code

Mail Mobile show folder of emails in conversations
When you click on an email that is part of a conversation, we should see in which folder we have put the other emails in that conversation. The old version of Mail for Mobile was doing that, but not the new one.

First class Google Calendar integration
Much like it's now possible to send messages from the Gmail address, I'd love to being able to create Google Calendar events from within Proton Calendar; i.e. in parity with Proton's own calendars. Many applications out there link with Google services, unfortunately, which explains this necessity.

A button in the pdf viewer to open the pdf in the system default pdf viewer
A button in the pdf viewer to open the pdf in the system default pdf viewer. That enables viewing the pdf and the email side-by-side. Today I have to download the pdf to do that.

Feature Request: Auto-Delete Imported Gmail Emails to Save Proton Storage
Hello Proton Team,
I really like the idea of integrating Proton Mail with my Gmail account. It makes it much easier to centralize and manage emails while benefiting from Proton's privacy features.
However, I would love to see an option for automatic deletion of emails that are imported or synchronized into Proton Mail from Gmail after a configurable period of time. Currently, these messages continue to occupy storage space in my Proton account, which means I need to regularly log in and manually manage them to free up space.
Having a feature that automatically deletes synchronized Gmail messages (for example,…

Booking Links - Ability for people to cancel or rebook without having to email & other features
This is a feature I am really struggling without after my move away from Google and thus Calendly.
When people book with me using my booking link and need to change/reschedule or cancel - they need to email me. In Calendly there's a link generated in the calendar event itself that people can use to cancel or reschedule without having to email me. As it stands now, people need to email me to do either.
Generally the booking link settings are super limiting. A few examples being: not being able to add buffers (I know there's an idea submitted here…

Allow >3 Connected Accounts
The new Gmail connection feature is fantastic. Being able to receive and send Gmail messages directly from Proton makes it much easier to use Proton as my primary email client.
However, I quickly ran into the limit of 3 connected Gmail accounts. After connecting my primary account and a few secondary accounts, I was unable to add a fourth without disconnecting an existing one.
While users with more than three Gmail accounts may be a minority, many power users maintain multiple personal, project, or legacy accounts. This limit prevents some of us from fully consolidating our email workflow within Proton…

Shrink attachment preview top bar
The attachment preview top toolbar in Proton Mail is genuinely too vertically huge (~2cm on my display) for just:
- the name/icon of the file;
- next/previous attachment arrows;
- download & close buttons.
I understand this might be a design choice, however it unnecessarily limits the available space for the attachment preview itself, particularly on a laptop.1 vote -
Search for all emails that are NOT in a label/folder
Proton Mail currently supports "search only emails from this folder" and "search only emails that have this label."
My idea is to add these options:
- EXCLUDE this label from search
- EXCLUDE this folder from search1 vote -
Quick action buttons on Windows desktop email notifications
On Windows, when you receive an email notification from Proton Mail, there is only the message subject displayed and when you click it it opens the message. That's it. Why not add buttons like "Mark as read", "Delete", etc. to allow users to perform such quick actions directly form the notification, without opening Proton Mail?

Select newsletters with checkboxes
The newsletters view is great. It would be even greater if you cloud select newsletters with checkboxes just like emails, and apply actions (unsubscribe all, remove all from list, move all to trash, etc) with just one click to all of them!

FIX Calendar Event(s) Pop-Up
instead of making me open an email,
then click a link in the email to tell me that an event is about to occur;
how about you simply pop-up the event at the scheduled time or at the time specified prior to the event...1 vote -
Save appointments notification preference
Hello, when creating a new appointment in Proton Calendar, the "send notification by e-mail 15 minutes before" is checked, and keep being even if we remove it from previous appointment. It would be nice that Proton Calendar remember the user preference, otherwise we sometimes receive emails notification even if we don't need it. And I think this option should be removed by default since there is already the push notification activated. Or maybe at the first appointment made, a preference pop-up ?

Archiving Calendars
Would be great to be able to archive (or hide) calendars that are not useful anymore, while still being able to consult information that was recorded.
For example, I had a calendar for my building's activities, meetings with other tenants, etc. but when I moved, it was not necessary for me to have that calendar in the side bar list (unticked, of course). Would be great to be able to hide this calendar from the list, and still be able to consult when needed.

Paste and Match Formatting on Mobile
In general most programs either strip the formatting or give different options to paste and match, etc. Would be super helpful on the iPadOS and other mobile versions of the Proton Mail app that lack the ability to paste and match formatting or paste without formatting. At the moment if I paste something in with different formatting I have to adjust in the web app. Font size is a particular issue here.

Access Android system shared calendar from ProtonMail
Android has a system-wide local (?) Calendar API, and some apps use it to push new events to the calendar (for example, the SNCF-connect application)
I would like Proton Calendar to be able to read events from this calendar, and optionally to write events to it.
it could be a special "Local" calendar distinct from others
