Improve Proton Calendar Widget on iOS
Wouldn't it be nice to improve iPhone's default widget?
Today it only shows events for the current day, while it would be desirable to show events for the next 1/2 days as well (like the Apple calendar widget).
I think this is an easy feature to implement and would benefit all users.

Flag emojis should show as emojis, not their text-based counterpart
When flag emojis (like 🇺🇸 and 🇸🇰) aren't shown as emojis in email titles; I think it'd be nice if they were.

Add option to remove icon colors next to e-mails on iOS
Next to e-mails, there is the icon of the sender. Sometimes the logo of the company, but more often the first letter. This used to have no color, but now it does in the new iOS app. This distracts from the overall look and feel of the app. It would be nice to have the option to remove these colors, just like it was in the old version of the iOS app.

Event preset suggestions
When adding a new event, it would save a lot of time if the event settings view could recognize and suggest presets added earlier.
This is a feature in the Samsung Calendars app, and it used to save me a lot of time when planning reoccurring but non-consistently spaced events, such as when the event 'dinner with mom' always occur at the same time a day, with the same reminders etc, but with an inconsistent spacing in days as, ruling out the reoccurring event option, as it is often the case when an event date has to be optimized for each occurrence to fit multiple schedules.
It would be nice, though, with more user control over suggestions compared to the Samsung Calendars app, as the auto-generated suggestions could get out of hand when an event had been entered multiple times with small variations in time a day f.x.
Best regards

Streamline the add reminders interface (Android)
For the Android app:
When adding reminders to a calendar event, the current experience takes the user through a lot of clicks. This should be streamlined.
I propose that the click to add a reminder or change a reminder opens a popup with preset choises that the user can control in settings. The user should at this stage have the opportunity to single press an option, making the pop-up close immediately, and leaving you with the exact same view of the calendar event setting as before. Of course there should be an option to add a costum reminder, which should change the view in the pop-up window to a scrollable timer of with the choice of weeks, days, hours, and minutes in front of the scrolling feature, which should replace the current system of tapping the field, then entering a number. This method of scrolling versus entering a number could also be left up to the user in settings.
Inspiration can be drawn from the Samsung Calendar app.
Best regards

In "More search options" allow me to group by senders (or other properties)
As a user I would like to group all my emails by sender. This would allow me to bulk delete all emails of senders that are white-noise.
As an example right now if I want to clear up storage space I search by "@steam.com", this retrieves a list of all emails I have gotten from a sender @steam.com and delete those.
I would like to get an overview of all my emails, grouped by sender without specifying a sender. This would allow me to get an overview of other white-noise senders, unsubscribe from e.g. newsletters and clear up my storage from other white-noise senders more easily.

Save inline or attached photo to Files (app) on iOS
Viewing a message in the Proton Mail app for iOS, I would like the option to save an inline or attached photo as a file - using the Files app.
Saving a photo to Apple Photo's app is not always what I'm looking for.The workaround is to save to the Photos app then to use the convoluted (via Share icon) to copy to Files.

Please add @pmail.com as a url
Hello everyone,
I just did a usertest for your landing page and was asked for additional feedback. AFTER submitting the test I was thinking that probably I would love it if you had @pmail.com. It's close to @gmail.com and so it's easy to spell it out with people who are primed to understanding that instead of the cumbersome pm.me and proton.me.
As it was too late for the test I am posting it here.
Thank you kindly and have a lovely day.

Sieve filters can create duplicates which can cause confusion; allow way to remove from filtered folder
Sieve filters can create duplicates even if you don't run them against the Sent folder because it appears it runs on outgoing messages. It took me a minute to figure out how to stop this, but in the interim duplicates were created, meaning I had the message in the Sent folder, but I also had it in a filtered folder.
So, I went about to delete the message from the filtered folder and confirmed that the original message remained in the Sent folder. All appeared to be good.
I then deleted the "duplicate" from the Trash folder and it removed ALL copies, including the Sent folder.
Now, I'm sure this might make sense to a more experienced Proton user, but it is confusing, to say the least.
I also get that Sieve filtering is advanced, but there should be a way to remove the message from the filtered folder, which is essence deleting what I call the "duplicate".

Avoid localized/translated email reply text for privacy reason (recipient can guess my native language/country)
My Mail desktop app language is not english, when i reply email, the historical conversation is added into the reply BODY. Problem is that this history is prefixed with the text which match my Mail app language:
non-english-day-of-week, 22. non-english-month-name 2025 .. 20:05, Other Party Name <Other-Party-Email> wrote(not in english):
this way I am disclosing to the email recipient what may be my native language/country of origin, while I would prefer they do not know from which country i may be. Also when often communicating in english it is not convenient for the recipients to have the history prefixed by non-english text, which they do not understand.
Either Mail should detect email text language and choose corresponding language in a reply text or use english by default until user selects different language for the email replies history in Mail settings.

Add Folder‑Search Filter When Moving Emails in Mobile Apps
In the web app, when I move an email to a folder, a filter appears that lets me type the folder name—or part of it—to quickly select the desired folder. This feature isn’t available in the mobile apps, even though it would be very helpful for avoiding scrolling through all the folders.

Move emails to other folders without 2-step confirmation in Android app
I'd like to be able to move emails from one folder to another so that tapping the folder name you want it to be moved to is enough to complete the process. This would eliminate the step where you need to press "done" after selecting the folder name to finish the action.

Dynamic auto reply
Currently, Sieve filters in Proton Mail are limited to basic actions such as sorting, discarding, or moving messages, and the built-in autoresponder only supports static replies. For many business and professional use cases, it would be extremely valuable if Proton Mail supported:
The Sieve vacation extension (RFC 5230), which enables automatic replies to incoming emails.
The Sieve variables extension (RFC 5229), which allows dynamic insertion of values (such as the sender’s address, subject line, or other header fields) into the auto-reply message.
With these two extensions, users could create more powerful and personalized auto-replies, for example:
Confirming receipt of a support request and including the sender’s email in the response.
Sending conditional auto-replies based on recipient address or subject line.
Implementing lightweight ticket acknowledgment systems without requiring third-party integrations.
Would Proton Mail consider implementing support for these extensions in the future? This would greatly improve flexibility and make Proton Mail more useful for professional communication scenarios.

Sieve vacation extension (RFC 5230)
I would like to kindly request the addition of the Sieve vacation extension (RFC 5230) to Proton Mail’s implementation.
This extension would allow users to create personalized automatic replies directly via Sieve filters, for example:
Sending a confirmation email when a message is received on a specific address (e.g., support or contact mailbox).
Customizing the subject and body of the automatic response.
Ensuring rate limits with the :days parameter to avoid mail loops.
Currently, Proton Mail only provides a global autoresponder via the settings panel, which does not allow for conditional or address-specific replies. Implementing the vacation extension in Sieve would give users far greater flexibility and security, especially for domains used in professional or business contexts.
