Archive button on iOS app
I almost always archive rather than delete messages once I’ve read them. The iOS app needs a setting to toggle the behaviour of trashing a file to archiving it, or ideally provide an Archive button. It’s the only thing that’s preventing me from using ProtonMail as my main email provider
You are able to archive emails by swiping.

Couldn't agree more! Though, this should be available on iOS and Android :)

I badly need this, it's the only button I use.

I agree
It should be also available as a bulk operation in list view -

100%, this drives me nuts. I like to keep my folders tidy so it means I have to read a message, go back to inbox, swipe to archive, then open the next message and repeat.

I too would like a one-touch archive button when viewing a message. I would love for the current location of the read/unread button to switch positions with Archive on the drop down menu. This is now the standard setup in various iOS email clients (including Outlook and Gmail). Very surprised this isn’t already the setup or in the works.

They really need an archive button in the toolbar in iOS. This is the only button I would actually use, and yet it is missing!? I also think they need multi-select and archive functionality in the list view.
