Really need this feature for both Calendar and Contacts. I have also come over from the github feature request. https://github.com/ProtonMail/proton-bridge/issues/223.

I've come over here from the GitHub issue that just got closed (https://github.com/ProtonMail/proton-bridge/issues/223). This is such a crucial feature that's missing from the bridge and means I can't use the native calendar app on my computer to make calendar changes to my Proton Calendar. Subscribing to an iCal feed is not sufficient for this at all. Massive fan of Proton as a company (paying customer for multiple years) but I'm going to have to look elsewhere if this isn't addressed (my only Google usage left is Calendar).

Very important feature for me who has to use outlook for all work tasks.

Agreeing with many here. Let me toggle a switch in settings to "lower the shields" just enough to use Proton Calendar with the native iOS calendar app (as well as syncing contacts) and I'll finally be able to jump ship from the big "G".

As mentioned already by many users it's definitely necessary to include calendar sync in protonmail bridge. Give it some extra mana.

I can't move forward with switching my email and everything to Proton without this.

It's sad that this topic is being ignored for so long... I hope, they will pick it up.

An integrated email/productivity app that replaces Outlook and supports multiple accounts, including non-Proton email accounts. Integration of other features such as calendar and agenda (in the future maybe even ProtonChat) would streamline productivity.

As some other users have mentioned, it would be great getting calendar support in something (Bridge?) for syncing with Apple Calendar and for syncing contacts in Apple Contacts.
Thunderbird would also be fantastic! -

Does Proton's Dev or Sales Engineering team read these posts?
From a customer service perspective not replying to years of comments on an important topic is telling - perhaps their Dev team is so small, they don't have the staff to implement features fast enough. Alternatively, they don't view this as an important feature for the number one email client in the world.
Sigh.

I just subscribed to use Proton Bridge but will cancel as calendar neither contacts cannot be synced. How is it possible this was left out?

This is critical to me. It makes me consider no longer being a paid subscriber.

In looking back at this tread and being a Product Manager one has to ask what Proton's Dev pipeline looks like with respect to greenlighting a project which impacts a majority of email users inside and outside corporations?
Outlook is the default email client in the corporate world yet having the flexibility to sync different calendars would be uber useful - two years and counting later.

Like others have said, I really would like all clients that I use to be looking at the one Proton calendar. I use Outlook on both my desktop and laptop
