Yes please, the colors also hurt my eyes, even though I love the Proton branding, but something about 10x 30min incremental blocks in highly saturated colors doesn't work. Having signed up for paid Proton suite, I'm hugely disappointed to discover I'm still stuck with the same limited selection of colours in calendar; I was under the impression this limitation was only applied to free accounts.
Not just 'more' colours – please include a proper colour wheel, like any other app, so users can define the colours that work for them.
Colour coding of calendars is essential to usability. It's also the only way I can manage the transition from Apple calendar to Proton; I currently have numerous calendars and have integrated a colour coding system throughout my calendars, task lists, emails, folders and document management. There is no way I'll change 15 years of colour coding because Proton doesn't include basic functionality such as colour wheel.
The absence of this feature makes the calendar unusable for me in practical terms.
