Select all emails and perform bulk actions
It’s taking me 30 mins a day to delete 100-200 emails this is time consuming and damn right idiotic that the feature isn’t here already

Hey everyone,
Cleaning up your inbox just got easier – you can now label, move, delete, or mark as read all emails in a folder (including your main Inbox) at once on the Proton Mail web app.
To get started, select all messages on a page. You'll see the option to select all messages in the location (e.g. Inbox) you're in. Then, simply apply actions in bulk, making it easier to manage your inbox.
Thank you for your feedback!

You ask:
"How can we improve ProtonMail?"
You might consider answering questions asked?
But then.... that means you would have to read them.

Whenever I delete mails form sent or archive or another folder, they end up in the trash, where then I have to select them, and click them once again for the second time to actually delete them form my account.
Is there a way to completly remove ALL SELECTED Mails from the SENT FOLDER in ONE go?
Thank you

This exists already, no?
Above the email in your inbox there is a pair of logos that look like eyes. They are the "mark read" and "mark unread" functions. You can apply them to multiple emails.
Protonmail: How about updating this forum, so that thing like this are explained and people get updates on what features exist, which are planned, which are impossible, which ones are in the pipeline. There's very little input from Protonmail people here in general.

Under the "More" drop down, there is an "Empty trash" option.

Yes. Basic necessity. Mark all mails as read without having to select first

Having the ability to "Read All"; instead of selecting 50 mail, marking as read, then continue to next page and repeating... this is way to much work. Especially when you have a bunch of email coming in from tools/services

Very important to have the multiple email delete feature. Agree that some people’s email habits are not on pare with others but many people do not look at or live on their email accounts daily and need the ability to do maintenance?

Currently, when I select all results from a search, Protonmail only selects those on the FIRST page. This doesn't help when doing mailbox cleanup and there are 1+ pages of search results. I'd like Protonmail to select every resulting email regardless of the number of pages so that I can delete every email in the results. For example, when getting rid of daily emails from a service that results in 200+ emails in the search results, I have to click on each page, select all, then delete. There could be 10 pages of results. This makes deleting all the messages tedious. I would like to delete all of the emails in the entire inbox that matches the search result in one fell swoop.

Nothing unusual about wanting to delete emails.Takes 2 seconds with most providers but will take me a long time on my Iphone having to individually select each message and yes its very frustrating and proof this cant be used as an alternative to others. My time is expensive !

the way you use e-mail is not usual and you shouldn't be surprised that there is no special support for it. you especially don't need to be unpleasant about it.

1. Click on your Trash folder
2. Select messages you want to permanently delete
[You can click the Select All box at the top left alongside the icons or Shift+click or Ctrl+click to select contiguous or non-contiguous messages respectively.]
3. Click the 4th icon in the middle boxes at the top of the page (the little x in a circle) to delete selected messagesI was looking this up too and then had a good look around my ProtonMail message page.
Hope this helps.
