How can we improve Proton Mail?

I have another email service that allows users to schedule draft emails to be sent at a specified date/time in the future. Once the draft is complete, the email is automatically sent at the future specified date/time, unless that draft email is deleted/replaced prior to the send date/time. The draft email can either reside in an existing "draft" folder or a separate "outbox" folder (as distinguished from "draft" that does not have a scheduled send date/time).

Different Emphasis from Similar Postings:
I noticed a number of other similar postings, however, I wanted to provide this new posting to possibly emphasize something more than what I saw emphasized in other similar postings: closely related general delivery options. I would suggest ProtonMail allow every draft email to have a drop down menu that provides the option for selecting "Delivery Timing" using a calendar display for selection of a date and a time field to select/enter a corresponding time on that selected date (time should be clearly set for a selected time zone, e.g., CST or GMT, to reduce possibilities for confusion on timing). Again, whenever "Delivery Timing" options are selected, the draft email can then reside either in the existing "draft" folder or in a newly appearing "Outbox" for any pending emails to be sent at a future date/time. The other email service I use provides a range of closely related general delivery options to also include:
-- "Message Priority" (Low, ******, High);
-- "Private" (to help prevent email forwarding, if clients support that);
-- "Return Receipt" and
-- "Delivery Timing" (previously addressed)
I recommend ProtonMail make these general delivery option menus accessible via one additional icon next to the existing row of icons on draft emails for "Attachments," "Encryption" and "Encryption time." The icon could be a clock next to a letter (just a suggestion), since "Encryption time" already uses a clock icon.

I don't believe other similar postings emphasize these closely associated general delivery Options. I have previously given this other email provider feedback on perfecting their services in other areas (with different providers having different strengths/weaknesses), but this is one particular feature they have had for a very long time that I believe provides an excellent example to follow.

    This is a feature offered by default in Outlook. To draft an email, set the recipients email addresses, and then set to send the email at a future date with confirmation alert once email is sent.

    If this gets implemented then hopefully scheduled receiving emails (i.e. snoozing) also comes with it. Would be super handy!!

    I want this enough that I might pay for the basic paid plan even though I can't afford it... Hope you can make this happen protonmail! I love your email service!

    This something I hoped was a feature when I got my paid subscription. I imagine this would be implemented by encrypting the email when the user schedules it, and then protonmail could send it at a later time without needing an actively logged in user to encrypt the message.

    You guys did great in so many other features ... this will make you stand out among everything else in the world.

    Scheduling emails is such a useful feature for various reasons, including not letting people know exactly when you are composing emails.

    Currently, the only way I can think of to get Protonmail to send scheduled emails might be to use the Protonmail Bridge (which I don't want to use) and the free Spark desktop email app (Reference:https://sparkmailapp.com) which supports IMAP and email scheduling. Currently, I compose some emails in GSuite/Gmail and save to drafts, then I open them in Spark and I can schedule.

    Scheduling emails is usually a paid feature - there are at least two apps which work in conjunction with GSuite/Gmail. If Protonmail had scheduling it would mean extra value for users and increase competitive advantage/new users.

    Finally, lack of scheduled email is not a good 'look', especially as many people would perceive it to be a simple addition.

    I really love ProtonMail's clean interface and streamlined layout and I hope that always stays that way.

    Protonmail is the best email service I've ever used, and while it might seem like there's little to improve upon, I would really appreciate the ability to be able to draft an email and subsequently be given the option to set a delivery time, so that it can be sent at a later time, without me having to log in just to send an email I drafted likely several hours prior.

    It would help too, if this option is provided on an as-needed basis. In other words, similar to the concept of including extra mail functions within the "Compose" interface (such as the ability to lock the email with a password by clicking on that corresponding button), having an additional button which opens up a small window or area, in which to set a delivery time, would be very much appreciated.

    If this is something the developers of Protonmail can implement without in any sacrificing security, I would be very happy with such a function and would gladly donate in kind to the cause.

    Thank you for giving this some consideration.

    Fingers crossed, we see this as a new feature soon.

    IMPORTANT SECURITY FEATURE FOR ANONYMITY:
    Seen on other email services. Delay the delivery of an email so entities that are watching your IP address cannot link you to emails sent, via your IP requests.

    Provide three options depending on users urgency:
    - Random 1hr
    - Random 24hr
    - 1 day + random 2hr

    might be intresting but what if we don't want to use the feature, so how are we going to turn it off if we don't want it?
