spell checker for writing emails.
A spell checker has been available on almost all email accounts for the past 2 decades, but not on yours. Come on, get in tune with the 21st century and for all those who don't have brains enough to spell correctly in the first place.

I can't believe PM charges a monthly fee for an email service without spell check or undo...totally unacceptable for business use.

Well I gave this one vote... but wait! Athough it would be nice to have spell check in the editor (+1) .. most browsers are able to use spell check automatically

in quantum it is about>pref>general> tick check spelling as you typeFor some reason that wasn't working for me though. I had to use an add on. Which is odd because the spell check built in works fine on my laptop but not on my desktop.
Hopefully the add on is not needed and I can delete it because I am concerned about a third party add on and security (i.e. key logging). However, if anyone has an issue and firefox spell check as you type box is ticked. See article above. Then here is the article I read and the add on

Browsers and phones have built-in spell checkers. Can you turn those on? This is not what a mail client is good at.

with the little characters, it's even more difficult to see if there is a typing error.

2018 and still no spell check. Deal breaker. Strange that Firefox spell check and Grammarly all work fine in Protonmails bug report window but not in Protonmail email creation. Why is this?

Yes, please add a spell checker in composer. Definite must.

"why that is still missing in pm?" - because people using this software are considered smart?

+1 - I think this is essential

I think it redundant, because it's already implemented in the browser. Everybody has his own job. Browser -> spellchecking (for all web forms, not just mails); PM -> secure mail!!!

Spell check is a must for webmail. But I'm really looking forward to Bridge so my email client can handle those duties!
