Folders are always collapsed
Normally I want all folders to be collars to save screen real estate. But if I change to settings and come back to the mail tab all folders are expanded. I would like to have the settings saved-
Thanks and have a nice time

Bump on this! Gmail remembers which labels are collapsed between sessions (and devices). When you have a lot of folders with a lot of nesting then it's tedious to always collapse them every time you log in.

Folders are great for organizing, but i only want to expand them if I get new mail or am looking for something.

I think the ideal implementation of folders would be:
- Protonmail would remember which folders (and subfolders) I've expanded or collapsed, and use that state the next time I open Protonmail.Less ideal but I'd also be able to live with an option in Settings:
- a radio button option: All Folders Expanded / All Folders Collapsed (after login)As was stated previously it is pretty annoying to collapse almost all of my folders every time I start up Protonmail.

I was going to post something similar to this. I collapse folders every time I log in to PM. It would be nice if PM, or my browser, would remember that I did that and leave them that way. Annoying to have to do it every time.
