An error occurred while saving the comment JPL commentedI think the ideal implementation of folders would be:
- Protonmail would remember which folders (and subfolders) I've expanded or collapsed, and use that state the next time I open Protonmail.Less ideal but I'd also be able to live with an option in Settings:
- a radio button option: All Folders Expanded / All Folders Collapsed (after login)As was stated previously it is pretty annoying to collapse almost all of my folders every time I start up Protonmail.

An error occurred while saving the comment JPL commentedI don't know about nested labels but nested folders (i.e., folders + sub-folders) now exist. They've been live in the beta version of Protonmail since October 2020. I'm guessing they'll be part of the feature set when the beta moves to GA release.

An error occurred while saving the comment JPL commentedThis is a pretty basic feature and creates a much more usable Inbox. Would love to see this feature.

An error occurred while saving the comment JPL commentedThis would be a *huge* time-saver. I have tons of emails that come in from various e-commerce sites, organizations, government agencies, banks, etc. I've got filters set up to handle / route the emails. But then when I open the email I have to download the remote content ... every time.
The "always allow remote content from this sender" option would be an incredibly useful feature to make ProtonMail more usable. I can see this being a capability a user could set in the email itself (most common use case) or manage in Settings (less common).
This is a really important feature. I currently have NordVPN where the VPN connection is permanently active on my wi-fi (LAN) because it's running on the router. The NordVPN iOS app allows you to whitelist specific wi-fi connections that disable VPN, so I have my home wi-fi on the whitelist. That way NordVPN *automatically* connects to the VPN on my iPhone every time I leave my house, and then *automatically* disconnects on my iPhone every time I re-connect to my home wi-fi.
Would love to see ProtonVPN implement this feature as well. For me it's the one key feature I need before I switch over from NordVPN.
