Set and save mail's template for repetitive mail allowing us to just make some personnalisation without losing the template.
i work as an herbalist and send some generics mail to my clients (1-before the meeting, a mail with questionnary about their health in attachment, 2 - after the meeting 1 mail with the resume of our meeting and some documents in attachment, for exemple.)
It would be nice to have some template ready to use (setted by us) to gain time.

Yes please! This sounds useful and not something too hard to implement.

I can't believe this is still not possible!! There are forum requests for this going back years and still nothing.
Please listen to your clients! -

I can't believe this isn't available on Proton mail. I just paid for 2 years of services, spent two days faffing with accounts and drives and passwords and now I need to send a template email and I can't ! Surely this is an utterly basic add on for this email service. The fact people have been here requesting this since 2016 leaves me somewhat underwhelmed with it all. It's a poor show.

I can't say "Critical" because lack of email templates is not a deal-breaker but it is VERY annoying that they are not a feature. I was very surprised even some otherwise very basic email systems have this feature, although they are not always called "Templates", eg. sometimes called "Responses".

This is a critical feature for business. I have dozens of templates that I use for my clients. So simple to personalize for each to their specific situation than reinventing an email everyday. This is a simple yet imperative feature. Other/lesser email clients have this implemented. I'm surprised after 8 years of being requested PM has not implemented this feature, at least for business accounts.

Mail templates would be a very useful feature, especially as I'm looking to start a small business and would like to use Pmail services for all communications.
Also, for some reason your Pmail suggestion page here wouldn't let me use my Pmail logon, which I logged in and out of my actual account 3 times to verify that yes indeed I do have my correct username/password. I had to use my Gmail. So you may not be getting all of your suggestions as some may not be able to post here.
