  1. Set and save mail's template for repetitive mail allowing us to just make some personnalisation without losing the template.

    This is a critical feature for business. I have dozens of templates that I use for my clients. So simple to personalize for each to their specific situation than reinventing an email everyday. This is a simple yet imperative feature. Other/lesser email clients have this implemented. I'm surprised after 8 years of being requested PM has not implemented this feature, at least for business accounts.
