How Can I Export Primary Mailbox to PST File in Exchange Server?
Exporting a primary mailbox from Exchange Server can help administrators create backups, archive important conversations, and retain business email data. Before beginning, confirm the required mailbox permissions, identify the mailbox to export, and choose a suitable export method. Afterward, verify the PST file to ensure the expected messages and attachments are available.
The Aryson Exchange Server Backup Tool offers a dedicated option for backing up Exchange Server mailbox data to PST format. It can help administrators organize the export process when preserving mailbox data for backup and future access.

Android: Always display emails in light mode while keeping the app in dark mode
Please add a setting to control the email content theme independently from the app theme on Android.
I would like to keep the app interface in dark mode while always displaying email content in light mode, preserving the original colors and formatting.
The existing “View message in light mode” option requires manually switching each email. Please allow users to make this the default for all emails.

Use Proton Calendar (on iOS) without signing in
I would love to be able to use Proton Calendar without signing in, just as a simple phone calendar for reference.
I use my smartphone like a dumbphone and I do not need a logged in calendar with synced events. I just need and want a simple private local calendar.

Support BIMI & Gravatar similar to Fastmail
It is much easier to thumb through emails using Fastmail since most emails have an avatar. Proton only uses favicons which either don't show up or are low quality, even with popular domains like Google. Instead, Proton should use BIMI logos or Gravatar when they are available, then fall back to favicons when it's the only option. Since some people might have privacy concerns with Gravatar, that should be optional or it can be routed through Proton's servers similar to how they do with favicons.

Truly native macOS app instead of an Electron-based one.
The recent release triggers a Keychain access prompt every time the app launches. Loading an entire browser-based runtime feels unnecessarily heavy, especially on Macs with Limited Memory.
A native app built with Swift and AppKit could offer better memory efficiency, faster startup, and deeper integration with macOS features like Keychain. For a company focused on privacy, a lightweight, well-integrated native app would also inspire greater confidence in the overall user experience.1 vote -

How Do I Migrate Office 365 to Google Workspace While Preserving Email Data?
Preserving email data during a move from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace requires careful preparation and post-migration checks. Start by identifying the mailboxes involved, confirming that the destination accounts are ready, and keeping a backup of important source data. After the transfer, review the destination mailboxes and compare them with the originals to check whether the expected messages, attachments, and folder organization are available.
Before choosing a solution, confirm that it supports your source environment and intended destination. The Aryson Email Migration Software is a utility to evaluate for Google Workspace data backup requirements. However, backup and migration are different…

Add auto-capitalise setting to Proton Mail composer
In Proton Mail composer there should be an option to enable auto-capitalise (i.e. make first letter of paragraph and first letter after full-stop a capital automatically).
Whilst iOS does this for you. This is not done for you on Windows and there is no option to enable it globally on Windows, it has to be done on a software level basis (see, for example, settings in Microsoft Word)

How Do I Repair Corrupt Access Database When It Will Not Open?
When an Access database will not open, the problem may involve corruption in the MDB or ACCDB file. First, keep a copy of the affected file and avoid overwriting the original. If Microsoft Access cannot repair it, use a recovery method designed for damaged database files. Checking the file format and preserving the original helps you proceed more carefully.
If the database remains inaccessible, Aryson Access Database Recovery provides Standard and Advanced recovery modes for corrupt Access files. It supports MDB and ACCDB formats and lets users scan the file, preview recoverable database objects, and save recovered data to a…

Please add a toggle for the email background in dark mode!
Please add a toggle for the email background in dark mode. The glaring white backgrounds in dark mode are unbearable—you practically need sunglasses! Just look at Thunderbird to see how well it works. And please, let's not have to wait months or years for this...
