Transform Proton VPN to Proton SPN

It seems that SPN is essentially the same as Tor except for the better access authentication. So it would have the same huge limitation that Tor has - it is SLOW! A Reddit poster says it is not slow, but how can it not be slow? If it now has just a very small number of users, current speeds would not reflect future performance.

The function of Portmaster (firewall) could be important. It is free and open source. We can, perhaps, add it to the Proton VPN.
