Folder selection for Split Tunneling
Easily exclude all sub-executables of a service by selecting a whole folder instead of having to manually select every file by hand.
As an example, Steam needs much more than just the main executable and the game's executable to work properly with Split Tunneling.

Porn/adult sites blocker for NetShield
Warp (CloudFlare) has a feature for their equivalent of NetShield that also blocks porn/adult sites from the DNS, in addition to options for malware and ads. Consider adding this for a family-friendly setting?

Show current connected profile label in the GUI
When connected to a profile, the Windows GUI shows:
Country >> Server
IP Load
Protocol SpeedsIt would be nice to see current profile name there as well. And also the profile may be highlighted in the list to indicate that it is currently connected. Without this feature it is hard to tell at a glance which profile is being used at the moment. So the user either has to memorize all the servers, or always reconnect to the needed profile to ensure it is being used.

Improved server search and profile creation.
Provide the ability to search for servers and create profiles using filters based not only on country but things like city, state, type of server (e.g., basic, P2P), load, latency, etc.

Include Domain Names in Split Tunneling Exclude list
Currently, adding a website to the exclude list requires that I first must find out the IPv4 numerical address, which is not easy to do for a lot of people. I eventually found: https://dns-lookup.com
It would be nice if the exclude list could accept names instead of numbers, it would only require using your own DNS server to return the numerical address to the app as an appended tag for the exclude entry - so the app would still work pretty much the same as before

Change iOS app icon color to indicate connection status (or as notification)
I'm relatively new to iOS, so I might be missing something, but it would be nice if the ProtonVPN connection status was shown as a badge on the app icon. I sometimes find that the VPN is not connected (and not trying to re-connect) even though "Always-on VPN) is selected in the app settings and it…
