  1. Family plan with more VPN device slots

    I'm subscribed to Proton Unlimited and I'm already using 5 device slots in Proton VPN. I would love to upgrade to the family plan but the family plan still offers only 10 VPN device slots. Each of us have at least 3 devices so we'd love to have additional VPN slots even if it costs more.

  2. Dedicated IPv6 Addresses

    IPv6 addresses are practically unlimited, unlike IPv4 addresses. Could we please get the option for free dedicated IPv6 addresses?

    What I'd like to see:
    - Option to use shared (currently available) or dedicated IPv6 address
    - Per Wireguard profile
    - Open incoming ports - let us host a public web server if we want to!

    Bonus:
    - Ability to regenerate the address, e.g. in the Proton VPN desktop app or the web portal for Wireguard configs.
    - DHCP-PD for routers. I don't know if any are supporting it today.

  3. Support for NAT64

    Proton VPN supports IPv6 now, and with manual configuration you can get full IPv6 from client to VPN to internet.

    With NAT64 supported the user can complete the migration to IPv6 by disabling IPv4 on the client device.

    The user would still be able to access IPv4-only services using a DNS64 server that converts IPv4 addresses to IPv6 addresses with the prefix 64:ff9b::. The VPN server would then translate the IPv6 addresses to IPv4. For example 64:ff9b::b077:c880 is the NAT64 version of 176.119.200.128 (mail.protonmail.ch), however 64:ff9b::b077:c880 isn't currently pingable.

  5. Allow apple protocol to still work

    When I have the VPN activated on my Mac and iPhone, I can't use some Apple features on the local network.
    For example, phone with my map, sync between app, internet sharing, phone copy, etc.
    Please, allow exceptions on local network between 2 devices (identify with proton VPN for example or any other stuff).

  6. Quick action shortcuts on Android

    It would be great if ProtonVPN Android app supported quick action shortcuts that appear when you click and hold on the app icon. For example, in Proton Drive, you got quick access options to app pages like Photos, Shared links etc. When you click and hold on the icon. It would be great if Proton VPN app also supported such features like quickly connecting to VPN and so on.

  8. Have a switch to avoid adverts

    Advert killers are available to browsers, but, e.g., in Weather app on Windows now there are google adverts. These are very aggressive and cannot be switched off.

    It would be a nice addition to the security of Proton VPN

  10. Besseres Zugangsprogramm bei Linux

    Das Zugangsprogramm für Proton VPN unter Linux ist geradezu armselig verglichen mit den Zugangsprogrammen unter Windows oder Android. Gleichgültig ob man Flatpak oder AUR nutzt. Linux User sind auch Kunden und haben besseres als das verdient was sie bislang bekommen. Hier hat man im graphischen Bereich wirklich nur das allernötigste getan.

  12. ⭐️ API For Accessing Wireguard Configurations

    For power users like myself, an API like this would be an absolute game-changer.

    It would allow users to build 3rd party apps reliant on Proton VPN, and add additional flexibility.

    Personally, I've been wanting a powerful rule-based routing solution, and to be able to dynamically switch servers via an API (as opposed to manually downloading configurations for each individual server) would be an absolute godsend!

  13. Provide option to force all previously logged in apps to require logging in again (prevent re-use on public pc)

    If we use your VPN on locations we do not control and forget to log them out, we don't want people on shared computers we've forgotten to log out on using our concurrent connections. A simple option in the settings on the website is all it takes "Force all previously logged in apps to log in again".

    Basically you just need to void the logged in sessions so that they need to authenticate again. That way, colleagues on past shared access computers, other people in hotels and hostals cannot use our connections up.

  16. static ips for gamers for port forwading

    hi there, i do not know if i am in the minority but i would like to be able to chose my port forwarding ports, and/or have a static ip option, i do not mind changing the ip each time i guess, i use starlink and therefore cgnat which is dynamic ip and does not permit port forwarding, so i am thinking of my old router but need a static ip and/or the option to chose the ports to forward so i can get open nat in my games

    An option to configure Site-to-Site Proton VPN to my home firewall and allow individual users access to specific applications to my NAS or camera server.
    Or use home firewall as a "Private" VPN server target.

  20. Smart VPN automation for websites

    I would like proton vpn to turn on automatically when going to banking or payment websites and apps.
    I would also like Proton VPN to give an option where the VPN turns off for specific apps suggested by the user.
