Synology support
Hi!
I have a Synology NAS that can back up to off-site storage. While there are plenty of off-site solutions from Amazon, Google, etc., having it tied to an encrypted service like ProtonDrive would be great!

I have Proton Drive and am planning to purchase a NAS device as my primary data storage. I would love to be able to back up from NAS to Proton Drive.

ProtonDrive would be a perfect place to Hyperbackup my NAS. Please implement this! I'm a visionary supporter with 3tb sitting unused.

Please! I made an account just to vote. This is the last piece before I'm ready to fully adopt ProtonDrive 100%.

Yes, this would be a good feature. I could absolutely see me using protondrive as a backup for the most important files on my NAS. Right now Protondrive only supports backup of computers and phones. Which is understandable, since that's what most users are using. NAS is a niche. But still would be nice to have everything backed up to the same place.

To be the ultimate solution, Proton Drive needs integration with NAS systems.
For example, daily backup of the physical drive to the cloud, protection against ransomware. -

On the small chance that someone from Proton happens to read this, Proton Drive has now become useless to me without Synology integration. I had a workaround set up where I could map the Synology folders on a Windows machine, and then have them synced in real time via the app. Well, now that you've removed the ability to use network drives, I can't use this anymore. Infuriating doesn't even begin to cover it - you're now removing features?! Give your paying users what they are requesting for instead of new stuff that no-one asking for. If there's no Synology integration by the time my account comes up for renewal in the spring, i'll be cancelling.

While I don't have or want Synology (currently have QNAP but looking to switch to Buffalo -- i.e. Not one made in Taiwan), I would LOVE to have Proton Drive integration!!!!

As others have said, this is incredibly important, and would be the perfect 3-2-1 backup. It is the only thing holding me back from a full family and business subscription.

Puede ser de gran utilidad para proteger los datos de un fallo del sistema o un ataque de ransomware. Muchas empresas usan sistemas NAS, para centealizar sus datos, asociados a un backup en la nube.
