Proxmox Backup Server to Proton offsite backups.
Not the newest idea in general, as I see a lot of people posting about linux support, but I need a way to quickly and easily backup my servers from my Proxmox Backup Server to an offsite storage. Proton was of course my first choice, but without Linux support, there's not too much I can do to get this working. I would absolutely love to see a command line interface for Linux that would allow backups in the form of syncing the backup server storage to the proton cloud automatically.
With so many people abandoning VMWare in favor of Proxmox, this would be an excellent way to invest in making Proton drive for business an effective competitor to other services like Probax and backup systems that do not have the same reputation as Proton for security consciousness.

PS. If anyone from the Proton Dev Team sees this message, I am more than willing to test backups to proton via my proxmox backup server if you HAVE such a tool in development. You can use my PBS as a test bench for the most part, as my web servers are not online at this moment, however still have backups that need offsite clones. Please reach out to me directly!
