Apple is providing the ability to upload images in the background in 26.1, can we expect Proton Drive to finally upload pictures in the background?

    This is more than critical. I’m trying to upload my iPhone photos since 3 days and it starts over and over again when I don’t keep the app open. But who can go without their phone for multiple days when it’s busy uploading?

    This is so important! You can’t really advertise that Proton will backup your photos if you have to open the app everyday.

    What if I’m out taking pictures and something happens to my phone?

    Please prioritize this. 🙏

    Came to post this, yes please! Hope it’s priority #1 for the iOS app team to ready this for 26.1’s release
