Proton Docs Bulk Download
There needs to be an essential feature to bulk download Proton Docs into a readable file format of your choice. Allowing the downloader to choose a default file time (Adobe, Word, etc.). For purposes of downloading multiple files at once for ease and convenience. And for purposes of being able to do a convenience manual backup to a local hard drive.

Bulk download would be a very useful addition, especially for users who keep a large number of documents in Proton Drive. Being able to export multiple files at once would make backups much easier and save a lot of time when moving or organizing documents. It would also be helpful if users could choose the output format before downloading.
For people who regularly work with files stored across different cloud services, having simple browser-based tools for viewing and handling shared files can also make the process easier. One example is https://teradownloaderplayer.com/

I also don't understand why this feature exists for individual files, but not for bulk download.

Wow, we did not expect this. Might be an actual deal breaker that will drive us back to Goolge.

This is critical to ensuring data is able to be backed up on a hard drive.
