Proton Docs Desktop App
Alongside the desktop Proton Drive app should be the option to have a desktop Proton Docs capability so that you can edit, create, or delete your Docs from the desktop without it having to be in the browser. Syncing across devices accordingly and the ability to work offline on the desktop. This would allow for easier use of functioning on an ongoing basis without having to do it on the web every time.

In my view, it might make sense to link Proton Docs and Proton Drive. What I mean is: if I edit a document in Proton Docs, it shouldn’t just be possible to do so offline on my PC or mobile phone, but it should also be automatically saved in Drive and kept up to date. Perhaps I’m overcomplicating things a bit. At the very least, I’d like to have a feature similar to Google Docs, where I can edit and keep things up to date from anywhere. As an opt-in feature, Lumo AI could also be used as a project with Proton Docs, ensuring that edited documents are always up to date. In other words, a direct integration, similar to how it currently works with Proton Drive.

If this feature is implemented, I will switch from WPS Office to Proton Docs

I think this is another version of the Offline Editing request. I am primarily on Mac and offline is not just in the browser but actually on my computer as an app.

...and Mac too please. (I hate apps that only work via browser, and not everywhere in the world has Internet access).

Yes, the Android Proton Drive app has integrated Docs editor, can we have the equivalent on Windoze please?
This would be much more streamlined than opening each Doc in the browser.
It could be the gateway to using Proton Docs as a more secure substitiute for Evernote, for example. Very useful feature, I'm waiting for this!
