photo location
Support location metadata for photo: show it in details and make it possible to correct coordinates or location. It should also be good to have automatic albums based on location.

This is a critical feature and the prior request for this feature was prematurely closed. Read the comments Proton. You will not be able to migrate users from more mature services like Google Photos without geolocation. I know you keep the EXIF data after upload, so this should be a GUI change, exposing it to users.
I promote Proton in my social networks and try to migrate users from other services, but this one is a bit scary. More advanced users risk losing their ability to organize their photo library after moving to Proton.

This is one of the biggest reasons I have not fully converted. I am a paid Proton user and believe in the company but definitely would love to see more dedication to Proton Drive.

We need kind of a map feature to see where photos were taken.

Also the ability to type-search for specific locations (country, region, town) for photos that are not in albums but have been uploaded from a phone automatically with location data or manually tagged with location data.

I have been looking for this everywhere but the biggest threads that mention it are marked as 'completed' with the addition of albums. The fact that I can't see the location/group by location is the biggest, perhaps only, reason I haven't moved all my photos from google. Location sorting is too important to just ignore, and the fact that I can't see location at all is crazy.
