Proton Drive changed the UI/UX of file uploads. This change removed the MB/s indicator on the right of the file name in the upload menu on the bottom right of the page. This post requests the Proton Drive Team to re-add the indicator for the upload rate for the files.
Currently, only the total MB uploaded / total MB to be uploaded is shown for each file.
