Enable default auto-format of double hyphens to em dashes in Proton Docs.
As a journalist using Proton Docs for secure drafting, the lack of automatic formatting for em dashes is a significant friction point in my workflow.
In many professional text editors, typing two hyphens automatically converts them to an em dash. This is standard for long-form writing and quoting. I would love to see it in Proton Docs.

100% agree. This is probably forcing me back to Google Docs for the moment as it is a hard habit to break, and inserting em or en dashes manually is a total pain later in the process.
