Some softwares I use everyday update lots of files in the background.
The continuous sync quite often get stuck with sync errors trying to keep up (and then I have to pause/restart sync).
To avoid this I simply pause sync for the day sometimes, but it's a pain to manually do this everyday.

It would be awesome to be able to sync the drive once a day at session startup for example (or at a specific time), when I'm not modifying stuff yet. I don't really need a sync every second.
