Dear Proton Team,

I'm a paid Proton Drive customer) using the Windows desktop client on Windows 11. I'm writing to request enhanced sync control options that would bring Proton Drive closer to the flexibility offered by dedicated sync tools like FreeFileSync.
My remarks refer to the Proton Drive Desktop client

What I'd Like to See Added:-

| Manual trigger option — sync only when I initiate it |

Choice of one-way (upload-only), two-way, or mirror modes |

"Compare first" view showing exactly what will change before committing |

In the desktop client, two-way syncing begins automatically

Desired Feature

In the desktop client, syncing begins only when requested, and of the kind that the user wants.

FreeFileSync (free) offers this level of control.
I would like Proton Drive to match that functionality for encrypted cloud sync.
