select Proton address as calendar organizer
Proton allows you to create new identities or addresses with the Proton suffix. The problem is the Calendar default organizer is your original proton account. You should be able to choose which address is the organizer.

multiple dates
When creating an event, which may include certain days of the week, allow you to set the time(s) of each day separately so say you have something on mondays at this time and say thursdays at a different time, allow you to manage this at one go, instead of having to do mondays this time, and thursdays another time.

Ability to copy event from external calender to personal calender
I am subscribed to an external calendar that has many appointments. Certain appointments, in which I will participate, I would like to be able to copy to one of my local Proton calendars (for example by right clicking on the event, clicking on "duplicate", it then opening the create event screen with a copy of all the entries from the external event and me then selecting a "local" calendar and saving). Unfortunately, as it stands, I have to make a new event by hand and copy all the details over in my calendar every time. This is a feature available…

Import ICS to Calendar on Mobile App
Please allow ics files to be opened with and imported to the Proton Mail app on iPhone/mobile devices. I very often receive meeting invitations with ics files and the only way I can import the attached ics file to my Proton calendar is to go to my desktop, download the ics file to my computer, and then drag it into Proton Calendar, and that’s assuming I’m near my desktop.

Share Availability and Auto Schedule Meeting
As a user I want to be able to pick N number of time ranges open on my calendar and upon selection have that availability auto-populate a draft email with embeded hyperlinks for scheduling. When the email is sent to the recipient they are presented with the options i've selected and when they choose a time that fits best, it's automatically scheduled on both mine and the recipients calendar. This is similar functionality to what is offered in google workspace and office 365

Larger Current Agenda Item on Widget
I have a big calendar widget on my home screen and it would be visually easier if the current scheduled agenda item (during the current time) was the size of two regular items. Just for cleanliness and ease of use when I glance at my screen to see what I should be doing at the moment.

Notes, To-do lists, Task's
Notes, Task, to-do list, is essential in any calendar.
Mandatory in Proton Business.
This is the only way to make Proton Calendar a real alternative to Outlook.
They can and must improve.
Much appreciated.6 votes -
Have a "rules" feature like Outlook
When a rule is set up for an email to go to a particular folder, all existing emails that fit the criteria should automatically be moved to the folder. As it is now, users have to filter through all their emails to move it.

Detect and delete duplicate ics events
Please add a way to detect and delete or hide duplicate ics events, only keeping the most current one. I believe this usually happens by checking for duplicate UIDs.
My university provides me with an ICAL link which I added to Proton Calendar. After a while it starts to add duplicate after duplicate to the point where there are like 20+ duplicate events. It becomes unusable and I have to remove and re-add the ICAL link to make it bearable again every once in a while.

Embed calendars in web apps / publicly online
It would be great if Proton calendars could be embedded publicly in web apps. Google Calendar has obviously been able to do this for many years, and for that reason, as a web developer, I've always directed clients to use Google Calendar for displaying their organization's events. But I hate Google and have stopped using and recommending them, which doesn't leave the web world with many options calendar-wise.

Password protection for mobile and desktop apps
I would rather use the app on the desktop if I could secure it with a password. I use my account actively in the browser. If I lose the notebook or it is stolen, the user is secured, but not the app if this hurdle has been overcome. This means that my data would be accessible from this point on. That prevents me from using the app.

Better time zone handling for flights
Trying to put flights into the calendar is quite a hassle, partially because there's no automatic adding to a calendar. If I'm going to do it manually, I'd like the takeoff and landing timezones to be separate. I'd also like to be able to say ***** it and have an absolute time so I don't have to worry about time zones. I can put in that it takes off at 8 and lands at 10 and not worry that I've crossed a time zone.
Also, a frustration that I have is that the time input is above the time zone,…

Indicator for non-visible entries in a given calendar view
When there are events that are outside the currently visible hours for example in the week-view, then they can be easily missed.
Example: I am watching my week and it shows times from 8h till 20h, but there is an event late in the evening at 23h or early in the morning at 6h, then I will miss it because it is not immediately visible in the view.Proposition: Add a small indicator (dot, arrow, whatever) when there are more tasks that are not visible in the current view. That serves as a visual cue so that I can check…
