Full screen notifications
It would be great if the Proton Calendar app could send full screen notifications like the Samsung Calendar does.

Colour events based on keywords
Now that calendar events can have individual colours, (THANK YOU! <3) I would love to be able to set keywords at a calendar level that automatically set an event's colour.
For example my calendar's default colour is yellow, but if I create an event that starts with "Work:" it automatically updates to a different colour.
This is something that GCal et al don't offer (as far as I know) and I think it would be a good feature.

SCROLLING !
"Please, consider adding scrolling functionality to your calendar. It's much more convenient to scroll down using the mouse wheel."
Scrolling down is easier because it requires less effort and allows users to navigate through a large amount of content quickly, especially when compared to clicking through pages or sections.

Drag and drop without confirmation box
I would like the ability to drag and drop events in the calendar without having to auto confirm each time. This is how it works in google calendar and is ideal.
When timeblocking, and pushing lots of events, it gets frustrating having to confirm because i need to do this lots of times.

Ability to place timed events above all day entries
If there are a too many entries for a date so that some are hidden , timed events should be placed at the top because they are more critical.

Distinguish recurring events
This is a minor quality-of-life improvement, but one that I - and hopefully others - would find immensely useful. I would like to request the addition of a visual indicator in the main calendar view if an event is a recurring one (Outlook does this with a circular double-arrow symbol). If one instance of a recurring event is altered, that symbol becomes crossed-out, but remains visible as to distinguish between recurring events, altered recurring event entries, and single events.

Contacts missing 'state' field
Not sure why we can't add a "normal" US address to Proton Calendar's Contacts. We have fields for...
Street Address
Postal Code
City
Region
CountryWe are missing State.
I am surprised that it doesn't support a standard US address in this format:
Street Address
City, State ZipIt should also be displayed this way on the contact pop-up screen.
Please add this functionality.
Just started using Proton Calendar today and it is missing a LOT of standard functionality.
It's hard to want to switch over when it can't even support adding Mother's Day as the second Sunday of May…

Accepting an event should be associated to the recipient's email
It is a bug, but the support said it's more like a feature.
Accepting an event invite associates the event with the default email address instead of the recipient's one.
- Assume you have X@protonmail.com and Y@mydomain.com addresses.
- You receive a calendar invite on Y@mydomain.com.
- If you accept, Proton Calendar accepts it as X@protonmail.com instead of Y@mydomain.com
At the moment, you have to manually go to Proton Calendar, edit the invite, associate it with Y@mydomain.com, save it, and accept the invite.
Of course, there are edge cases such as aliases, but that's the power of it.

Enhanced import and export
Add Calendar support to:
1. import events and whole calendar using ics and cvs as two examples either in clear text or encrypted.
2. export events/calendars in clear text and/or encrypted (password / OpenPGP public key(s))3 votes -
Private invites
I couldn't find this in the list of existing posts. When we send out a meeting invite, we'd like to be able to manage it as a group of recipients but those recipients should only see their individual invites. We don't want recipients to see the entire email list.
We could hide it behind a mailing list but then we can't see who has accepted the invite and who rejected it.

Create a set of configured alerts
I would like to create a set of pre-configured alerts. For example:
Quick Reminder
alert: 15 minutes before the event, push notification only.Breakfast Reminder
alert: 9am on the day of the event, push notification only.Super important
alert: 9am on the day before the event, both push and email notifications.
In this way, I can select an alert from my favourite set instead of manually inserting information every time.
Plus, I can modify an alert configuration, and it will relay changes to all the corresponding event.

(1) Ability to change fonts sizes, bold, italics, underlining and dot-points. (2) Add attachments.
(1) Calendar event description need to be made more readable to all agendas and more information. We need to be able to change the font sizes and styles.
(2) We need the ability to attach files to events as pre-reading or topics of discussion.3 votes -
Widget options to display event description or location.
Would be great if there was an option to show either event description or event location in the widget. Would require a slight widget layout change to accommodate.
For example the time could be moved to be on the left side underneath the date, and then the description or location could be shown where time is currently displayed.
If the description/location is too long, you would only display a part of it so that 1 event doesn't take up the entire widget.

Hide weekends
It would be great to hide Saturdays and Sundays so you can only see the 5 business days; this will remove a (maybe) unused space and bring more space for mobile apps.
(I think this is good for work calendars.)

Support for alternative calendars formats (Hijri, Jewish, Hindu, etc)
As the title mentions, it would be great to have support for alternative calendars. I frequently need to consider dates from the Hijri calendar (in addition to Gregorian), so it would be nice to be able to see dates from both Hijri and Gregorian at the same time.

Android: Alarm should override silent mode/alarm should sound in silent mode
Similar to Android's "Simple Calendar" I need the Proton Calendar's alarms for events to sound even in silent mode. Simple Calendar can do this. I think it might be related to an advanced option (that's not available in Proton Calendar) to "allow setting alarms and reminders", but I'm not sure.
I need this because my phone is usually on silent but I still need to be able to hear the calendar alerts.
Thanks!

Address lookup when creating new events
Currently, entering an address for a new event is just a plain text field. Please add an address lookup so that we can search for addresses or search for locations by name.

Select multiple events for deletion
Give the ability to delete more than one event at a time.
This does overlap with the existing request Bulk editing of events to new/existing calendars, but I'm creating it as a new request as a more specific, simplified request that would be a big quality-of-use improvement from my perspective.
