Yes, it is implemented, but not similar to Gmail. The notification in your mail contains a lot of text, but the name of the appointment is hard to find. So, please make it really similar to Gmail calendar>

Yes, you get an email but the subject does not include the event title. So I can inbox full of proton calendar event reminders with times but not event titles. I have to open each email to see which event it applies to. Highly ineffective and annoying.

Now that they've done this, they need to add the actual event details to the notification. I was excited to get the option, but the generic email with no event info is useless.

The reminders could be sent on different actions. Like: New Calendar Event -> Send an Email with a specified Subject and Body to X (...n).

Any time ahead of the event (1 ... n) -> Send an Email with a specified Subject and Body to X (...n).

I would pay 4 EUR / month for this feature alone.

This is the only thing that I miss from Google Calendar.

I keep a calendar only for important things that I need to be reminded of the day before it happens. The notifications on the browser do not suffice. (You are first and foremost a mail service, sending an email to yourself as a notification should be the first thing to have been added.)
