Proton Tasks / To-Do List
Task/ To-Do List

A TO-DO function is essential these days. Either mimic to Google Tasks (which I currently use), or imbed into the actual calendar where if not completed, tasks will roll over to the next day (much like LotusNotes)

Need the possibility to create a tasks or a note link to one email address and to assign the task to an other email address.
- My tasks/notes with possibility to create a new task list
- Add task with possibility to add date and time (reminder)
- Possibility to create subtasks -

Essential please Task / To Do List. This unseemingly small add on would make a big difference

A To-Do with folders and subfolders similar to Microsoft To-Do; something with a simple interface and not made overly complex or busy with too many features.

I currently use the "reminder" feature in Google calendar to keep a list of things I have to do. These are different than events in that they stay on this list even after the date that I created them goes past. I might schedule a reminder for a week from now but I don't want it to go away until I actually do the reminder. For example, I might want to remind myself to start my income taxes on March 10th but I don't want to forget about it if I don't do it on March 10th. I want this reminder to be there until I delete it.

On my Android phone, the calendar show up in Monthly view (I haven't found a way to change that), but underneath it is a list of tasks for the selected day (i.e., a Task View). In the web version of Proton Calendar, no matter what view is showing, in the left column there's a Monthly View of the calendar but below it no tasks show. The selected day's tasks should show there just as they do in the mobile version. Failing that, give us a Task View as an option (along with Daily, Weekly and Monthly). The view would list the tasks and their times with no empty time gaps between.

One that would rotate on to the next day if the task was not completed on the scheduled date. Thank you for your consideration.

It may seem a little frivolous, but within the calendar app could you build in a to-do list feature. It would be good to be able to create a list of actions you need for that day rather than 'events'. I would like to use this function within the overall encrypted environment of proton without having to use a third party app which of course reads all your data and sells it worldwide to build profiles of everyone and of course without adverts then based on it. If the list could have a check box to tick when complete and gray out the action then even better.

Would be super nice if it were integrated with Calendar

The daily view of proton calendar should have a split screen, with the left side being an agenda of all the items of the day, and the right side being the hourly view. Also would like to suggest a todo list for protonmail.

I would love to see to have a product such as Todoist (I am using it), or a bridge that allows us to interact with Todoist and Proton Calendar.

I want to get away from surveillance. There are no really good to do lists. Microsoft acquired Wunderlist. Would be nice if its integrated into the android app.

If you could design it similar to the Google task list that would be great

As a suite of tools to be productive and keep track of life, having a TASK MANAGER would be helpful. Maybe it can be incorporated into the CALENDAR APP or maybe it can be a standalone app. But having somewhere to integrate task lists into the suite of Proton tools would be great. I am trying to get away from Google and other 3rd party tools and stay with one suite/company of software.

In Google Calendar (app and web), you press the "plus" sign to make a new calendar event. Then you choose between new Activity, Reminder or Task.
A Task presents a notification upon the chosen time, and you mark it as "Done" to archive it. An active task is shown as an event in the calendar, and appears greyed out after marked as done.
My suggestion is to carbon copy this feature into the Proton Calendar.

My suggestion is to carbon copy this feature into the Proton Calendar. Why? Because the reminders feature in Google Calendar works great, they appears as "event instants" and is easier/ more lightweight to enter than an activity.

GREAT Idea! I too would like a ToDo list app... have it work with Proton Calendar so tasks can be scheduled as on option. I use Todoist and would love to see something like this within Proton!
