Proton Calendar (web app)
I love protonmail as it is, to have an integrated calendar would be very handy. I would use it all the time then!!!
A calendar is more than just a tool. It’s a record of the moments that make up your life. Today, we’re happy to announce the launch of ProtonCalendar beta for all paid users. ProtonCalendar keeps your events private and secure. Learn more here: https://protonmail.com/blog/protoncalendar-beta-announcement/

I too would be willing to pay. I’m totally supportive of Protonmail and all it stands for, just give me an excuse to give you more money and I will! To add, you’d require contact management as well, that’s the trio: Mail, contacts, calendar. All three are required in concert for secure, private, communication.

If Protonmail offers cloud agenda / opensource, preferred integrated with email, then I am willing to pay for it.

Calendar contacts notes integration with all other apps on device to make ProtonMail’s products superior and therefore used More than the others .. ability to send and receive “invitations” in calendar like Gmail or Outlook, as well as making the user interface on the app smoother and easier to see on an iPhone screen .

What is the status of the calendar project? I just managed to get all of my domains and addresses back with protonmail - and I am comfortable and familiar with the webmail-app. - BUT - I am noticing security issues with other app that we have to use for Calendar/Scheduling/Notes - and I can see how it is going to create too much complexity as my business grows and I start to add employees. It was suggested at my last board meeting that we take another look at some desktop clients so we can have an all-in-one place to do administrative work. As the CEO of my company, I have to look at this from all angles and security and privacy is one of my core values. But, I have to be functional as well. When can we see a more integrated product from Protonmail? Can we see a development timeline so we can gage how long we can hold out? Is there a Beta I can get in on - anything?

Don't make me switch! I want to stay on ProtonMail but having to use Google Calendar ruins the value prop.

In my view a calendar alone is not sufficient. Ideally calendar functionality would have the following additional features in order to be useful:
- Ability to invite others
- Ability to set an invite as private (so others in the organisation of the recipient likely can't read the contents of the invite. System admins probably can, I know)
- Ability to accept invites and .ics files (e.g. flight confirmations). Ics files on an iphone automatically save in the native calendar app, therefore...
- Ability to sync calendar on native calendar app -

Is the calendar going to be available before end of September? Am thinking of moving to another secure email that has it built in as it is too difficult to manage two sep tools.

Add telephone number field in contacts and notes similar to Google. Also a very useful feature is a calendar linked to mail something I miss from gmail.
