The development seems too slow
First, I really like ProtonMail!
It's just sad to see the ProtonMail looks almost the same like few onths ago.
"We will add more domains as they become available (2015) - guys, buying a domain takes few minutes. Ok, implementing it can take some more time...
"We will release the IMAP/SMTP in mid 2017" - no update, no comments
"We plan calendar and notes" - nice you plan it, the competition already has it9 votes -
Force most users to pay 1$/month
I recommended to force every user to pay 1$ a month, however ProtonMail should have many new features like syncable calendars, fast support, more languages, improved security...
For instance: posteo, mailbox.org are doing it sivvesfult that way.
But: Then offer still free accounts for e.g. students, whistleblowers, activists, political parties etc

If I subscribe and setup more than 1 email address, I would like to be able to receive Android notification for more than one of the account
If I subscribe and setup more than 1 email address, I would like to be able to receive Android notification for more than one of the accounts if I chose to do so. I would like to be able to set different passwords for the different email addresses I setup, so that if one is hacked they are not all hacked.
Definitely seeking secure and private cloud storage.

Provide a single stop shop catering for calendar, mail, chat, vpn service and better facilities for the uploading & deleting of attachments.
Provide a single integrated fee based application that encompasses all services and facilitates payment for the various services without compromising security or privacy ie: vpn, chat, storage, better integration at app level, better ability to manage attachments and schedules.

WebAssembly Client
Rather than simply creating a new desktop mail client for protonmail, rewrite the web client in Rust and compile it to webassembly. This option would allow for compatability with all modern browsers and improve performance, reduce risk profile, and allow for a cross-platform desktop-like client functionality using the same codebase. Combine all the features and design from the proton web UI, include chat and calendar functionality, and allow synchronization to other mailboxes. Some nice client examples based on Electron.js are "getmailspring.com" and "missiveapp.com".

Provide secure calendar server hosting (i.e. calendar files) for paid ProtonMail users
I would like to be able to upload vcalendar files to a secure server which other members of my team could subscribe to, so that everyone has the same copy of the calendar on their smartphone or computer.

Feature Plan
Compliments for your secure mail service! Regarding security features I believe you are way ahead with 2FA, mail storage encryption, and mail encryption. Only security feature which comes to my mind currently which is worthwhile to consider is digital signatures. But I would first focus now on the following functional features, which I would need to completely switch to ProtonMail:
1) Add common fields to Contacts, e.g. address, mobile, e-mail, etc.. This so all contact info on smartphone can be stored with ProtonMail via IMAP.
2) Calendar function, same motivation as 1).
3) Ability to sync Notes on smartphone via…3 votes -
More than email, can we have a suite of services?
Has there been any discussion of starting a service that goes past email, and expands your dedication to privacy to calendars, contacts, etc.? If not, is there any chance that this could be looked at as a potential future offering? Essentially, could we get something through ProtonMail that would compete with Apple's iCloud or all the combined Google junk.

I'd like to import my calendar, but it's 124MB. Why the 10MB limit?
I have a long-term calendar and tried to import all of it. I'll try a shorter time span, but the current limit seems too small to me.

Link Contact Characteristics to Calendar
Would be great if there was a linkage between date based contact attributes (birthday, anniversary, etc.).
