  4. Calendar Scrolling

It would be great to be able to scroll continuously though the Calendar. It offers a better overview of your events especially if you have to deal with tasks that may take weeks.

  5. Sync Calender & Contacts beween Protonmail and Nextcloud

I am a dedicated Nexcloud user (encrypted, 2FA secured & setup on my own private VPS) and I am using Nextcloud to sync contacts and calender between different devices and clients: Android, Linux, MacOs, Thunderbird. It would be very nice if there was a way to setup sync between my Nextcloud and my Protonmail account as well. Until this can happen I will not use the Protonmail calender (too much effort).

Only because it is necessary I manually update my contacts between my Protonmail account and my Nextcloud. This is a bit of a hassle though...

  6. "Schedule View" on Calendar

I live and die by the "schedule view" available in Microsoft Outlook & Google Calendar.

I love the Proton Calendar and I would like to switch over to it exclusively, but the option for a "schedule view" is not available and I would need to have that before I can reliably switch over.

  7. Apple Calandar Support

Would there be any chances with the development of the calendar feature to be integrated with Apple's calendar app? It would be nice to see my Proton calendar events show in the Apple calendar together with my other calendars.

  9. Year view of the calendar

Year-view of the calendar would be a helpful tool to make longer-term planning of your activities.
As someone who uses electronic calendar for long-term planning (1 year in advance), I want to see all 365(366) days of a year, each day represented as a box within a corresponding month. This view allows me to see the important birth dates, anniversaries, events, public holidays, so that I can plan less important activities around the important ones - this view clearly shows the time-slots that I could use for various activities, trips, vacations etc.

  10. Integration of an EteSync server within ProtonMail to manage Contact Synchronisation on several devices

EteSync is an Open Source zero knowledge Contact and Calendar synchronization service.
The integration of an EteSync server to manage ProtonMail Contacts & Calendars would permit a zero knowledge synchronisation on several devices, bringing one of the major missing feature to ProtonMail service.

  11. A way to forward all calendar invites

I currently use another provider for Calendar (while you develop encrypted calendar - looking forward). I was migrating from Zimbra and noticed that it has an option to automatically forward calendar invites to another account. It would be great, if Protonmail allowed this. If someone invites me to a meeting and uses my Protonmail address, I would just forward it to another account and accept it there.

Even a blog with a simple Sieve script that is custom for this purpose would be great. I could forward all invites to my current calendar provider and still use protonmail for e-mail.

  14. move events in mobile app with long press

On the Proton Calendar desktop app (within the mail app), I notice that it is possible to reschedule an event by clicking and dragging it to the rescheduled time on the calendar. However, an analogous feature is not available on the Android mobile app (I don't know what the iOS features are).

My user experience would be improved if I could similarly reschedule events in the mobile app by long pressing and dragging them to the new time, rather than needing to open the event, click edit, and type the new date and time.

  15. Scrolling left and right in weekly view. Move 1 day at a time vs. week at a time.

When viewing the weekly view in the web app, only move a day at a time vs. week at a time. This is so I can view, as an example, Fri as the beginning of the view. Basically I'd like it to work the same way the Apple calendar app scrolls side to side. Also make the two finger side swiping (on a trackpad) control the view left and right.

  16. Batch editing for calendar events

It is an immense pain to move tens of events in a week because your routine had changed.
Please, shift-select, and batch rename, remove, moving tasks up and down on the day's timeline, etc.

  17. Facebook-like events with invites

A lot of people want to get off Facebook but one reason why they stick around is Facebook Events. A lot of clubs and artists use Facebook Events to post about upcoming shows and it is a great way to be alerted about stuff happening in your town. I wonder if that functionality could be replicated, you would probably need to "follow" someone on there too and I understand Proton is not a social network so I'm not sure how it would work but if Proton managed to come up with something, it would be great!
