1. Enable Protonmail Plus users to delete disabled addresses

   Creating a new address under the Protonmail Account should not be permanent. Needs change over time. Higher subscription levels appear to have the capability to delete disabled addresses provided there are no emails for it. As a Plus user, it appears that any address I create is permanent and can only be disabled but not deleted. If I created an email address for a temporary purpose, but now would like the slot back for a new address (only 5 for base Plus subscription), it is not possible. That address forever takes one of my 5 address slots whether I enable or disable it. If there is already a way to delete it, the procedure is not clear.

   I would love to be able to brand the login for my company protonmail account and unify the experience by letting my employees log in to their email by going to mail.mybrand.com

   Or to quote one of your main competitors:

5. Required an one time payment for free accounts

   Protonmail should change requirements to get a free email be required a one time payment to combat fraud and stop protonmail's domains being blacklisted by email providers, I can't afford the current pricing but for a low one time fee to have a free email from you I would gladly pay, please consider this so your service is less used for nefarious purposes.

6. Send a reminder email a few days BEFORE sending a new invoice.

   This should be pretty self-explanatory. Just an email that reminds you that you will have a payment due on a certain date. It doesn't even have to be an exact date. It could just be "in 7 days" or whatever.

7. Unified Inbox / All Inboxes on Mobile App with Multiple Accounts

   This feature is available in almost every other mail client in existence on either mobile or desktop.

   If we have multiple mailboxes there is an option to see a unified Inbox on the Mobile App without needing to switch between accounts.

   This can also apply to sent items.

   I would allow the user to customise which accounts feature in the "All Inboxes"

   Furthermore although this might belong in a separate feature request. It would be very helpful to be able to disable certain e-mail addresses in the same way we can using the Proton Mail Bridge "Split Addresses" feature.

   It would be great if paying users of protonmail would get a reward when they leave the signature "Sent with ProtonMail Secure Email" turned on, which is advertising the protonmail brand, for example by giving those paying protonmail-users some extra free storage space 1GB? or a bit more?    If an email is received via forwarding from a simple login alias, I want the ability to reply to the sender through the proton email web client without leaking my proton email address. Currently, email replies originate from my proton email. Emails received from a simple login forwarding alias should default to the simple login alias in the 'Sent From' field if I reply to the email.

10. Free Trial for Protonmail Premium + cleaner tutorial

    I have turned several people on to proton mail and by far the coolest feature is organizing emails based on content/delivery. If you gave a one month free trial for Protonmail Plus I'm sure all of the people I recommended protonmail to would stay with it as their primary email.

    On top of that having a walkthrough for individuals using new premium features would help with adding more long term adoption.

    When signing up with a VPN, to pass the spam filter, I am forced to prove I'm human by using a method that reveals my identity or location... I can "donate" with a card or use "SMS" revealing location

    If I am offered and choose the email verification option, the filter rejects my privacy focused countermail address.

    If I apply from my Verizon IP address, everything goes well.

    What is the point of this service if it forces potential users to ID themselves? There are methods around this but they are quite a bit of effort.

12. Migration / re-encryption to a new key

    If a particular key needs to be obsoleted or changed. Perhaps it was compromised or perhaps one wants to change to a higher security key, e.g. from 2048-bit to 4096-bit, or even X25519. Or maybe one simply wants to use an existing PGP identity generated externally.

    Regardless of the reasons, maintaining multiple keys can be a pain and being able to migrate everything from one key to another then doing a "cleanup" of associated keys would be an excellent feature. One can then choose to permanently remove the old key from their account (and any backups) without losing access to their data. Personally, I like to keep my security footprint safe but lean, and the less keys I have to manage in such cases, the better, especially if these keys comprise completely different PGP identities as opposed to short-lived subkeys.

    Some emails may have been encrypted using a specific PGP key by the sender but in many cases emails would not be end-to-end encrypted as is the case for a lot of email received from third parties. Such emails show as "Stored with zero-access encryption" and were encrypted using the key that was set as being primary at the point of ProtonMail receiving the email. If this key is no longer present, it is impossible to read these emails. Thus, being able to migrate existing zero-access encrypted emails to a new key would be great.

    There is a potential issue with large folders / inboxes where it may take a lot of time and computation to decrypt and encrypt, but it's a small price to pay, especially if it happens on the user's browser (zero cost to PM infrastructure). There's of course a small risk of data loss in the process. Ideally, this should be a manual operation that the user triggers themselves, having acknowledged the time needed and associated risks.

13. Retain free account features if direct debit payment for vpn defaults?

    I set up a free account, then upgraded to the 10e monthly direct debit for the vpn service, but unfortunately my circumstances then changed and I could no longer afford it.

    Obviously the vpn service ceased to work, which is fine, but I am also now unable to use the 'free' features the address previously had, and had no option but to open a new free account.

    Might I suggest, that it might be better to block only the paid features in such cases, as it may put off those whose circumstances are less predictable from upgrading. Particularly as the monthly payment option obviously appeals to users with less money.

    Alternatively, perhaps the vpn service could be offered on a flat month by month basis, rather than a 12 month installment plan?
    I suspect you would gain more long term paid users, if there was such a way to try out the paid features without the commitment and/or risk of loosing your address.

20. Enable @pm.me for VPN subscribers

    Currently @pm.me in the From: address is available only for ProtonMail subscribers. But some people, like me, mostly use the ProtonVPN (great service, btw), remaining the free mail users because their main e-mail address is somewhere else.

    Could it be possible, however, to enable @pm.me address for sending for such people as a small gift for VPN subscription? It's not a big deal, all other free mail limitations will still apply.
