The best thing would be to be able to delete any address, custom domain or not, ourselves and without deleting emails.
If that is not possible, then it would be nice to do the same at least with a custom domain.

I think that blacklisting should be left to the user, meaning that if he wants to prevent anybody from using an old address of his, then he should disable but not delete the address, and therefore he should pay for it.

These two improvements combined should reduce the number of tickets quite a bit.

I wanted to alter the email addresses I created, but the only option I am given is to disable them, which doesn't even allow me to create new addresses, I don't even get to delete the ones I have and create new ones, which is really frustrating since this is costing me and to add new addresses they require me to pay more! Just terrible for the customers! PLEASE ADD FEATURE TO ALTER/DELETE CREATED ADDRESSES!

Have you tried contacting support? I’ve deleted emails via support many times.

If one cant delete @PM.me address and it counts as an mailadrress quota then make a note on the creation page that it cant be delted later.
Paying for an email address that one created accidently or by mistake does not make sense or is fair.

The ability to delete and remove old email addresses for paid accounts . Ie employee no longer here but is still eating up one of my 5 paid for email addresses i need for a new employee.

It strikes me as unnecessary to preserve obsolute email addresses on my own personal domain in the system simply because I have mail in my mailbox that was sent to them in the past...

you can contact support and they'll remove it for you. they limit this on purpose due to e-mail creation abuse in the past

I have email addresses from a deleted domain. I can't delete the email addresses until I first remove all messages from each email address. The problem is I can't get into them in order to delete any messages.

Would you please make it easier to delete old addresses.
