As a full stack dev, I understand how even the small UI elements like profile icons significantly enhance user experience and account management. Currently, our profile icons are generic and fixed, limiting personalization across multiple accounts.

I’m proposing three essential features:

• Ability to upload custom images directly from user devices.

• Built-in tools to customize background colors, fonts, and letter styling.

• Optional integration with a robust avatar generation service.

These changes would make it far easier to distinguish between accounts and provide a much, much more personal touch to the overall platform touch, feel, UI & aesthetics.

Let’s rally community support to ensure the development team hears this and prioritizes it. I’d sincerely value your thoughts.

I second this. Since I use 3 different accounts (within a family subscription), and their initials are the same, there is no way for me to tell the difference by looking at the profile logo.

Apparently, the functionality is already implemented but only accessible to Busines Plan subsriptions.
