  1. payment by bank transfer

    Dear proton team

    I would have been a paying member from the beginning of your great service, if a one time payment would have been possible by bank transfer to a Swedish or other European bank account.

    Thank you, Avid Flyer, for suggesting this, and thanks to everyone who voted. You can pay for Proton by bank transfer. It has been available for some time, and the details are on our payment options page: https://proton.me/support/payment-options In short, we accept transfers in Swiss Francs, US Dollars, and Euros. You send your payment, then submit a support form with proof of payment, including the full name on the transaction, the date, and the amount. Once we verify it, we credit your account, and you can use those credits to pay for your subscription. Note that the transfer goes to our account at UBS Switzerland AG rather than a Swedish bank, and we can't issue refunds for subscriptions paid this way.     I would love to be able to create a truly anonymous email account so I would like to be able to pay for premium accounts with Monero or Bitcoin.
