Enhancements for desktop, calendar and mail application
Customise the themes of the application in the same way as in its web option.
Manage the settings from within the application itself, not being redirected to the web version.
Reduce RAM consumption.
Basic operation without internet connection. To be able to consult the calendar for at least the whole year or to be able to see my emails already downloaded on the pc even if I don't have a connection.
Separate applications for mail and calendar.
Password to use the applications for greater security.

dark
The dark theme on Drive and VPN is a nightmare: to have grey or dark purple text on a black background is ludicrous. who can read that? Maybe this works great for gamers who sit in a dark room all their lives and their eyes can distinguish between black and very dark grey but I think most people like some clearer distinction. Maybe it looks "cool", but it is impractical and annoying.
I am really struggling to the point of thinking of cancelling my Proton subscription. We can select a lighter theme for web services why not for the desktop…2 votes -
Session Management per device
On my iPhone and iPad, I have all 5 apps installed. Each app corresponds to one line in the session mgmt. (total 10 lines).
If I want to revoke one, I don't know which one is associated to.
It would be ideal to have a session per device, instead of per app.

Width of Sidebar
Please make the width of the sidebar customizable for the web app. If you make extensive use of folders and labels, their names get truncated, which hurts usability.

generate password in popup window on ios
When opening the proton pass window from the keyboard it is not an option to generate a password when creating a new login. now I have to go to the app, copy a generated password and paste it in the window.

Use ProtonDrive to circumvent email size limits
Other people aren't interested in shrinking the size of attachments to accommodate protonmail's 25Mb size limit. Instead of refusing to send larger attachments to me, could you (protonmail) post them on my proton drive and then send a link?

Print button more prominent | Print shortcut
To store emails offline I use the Print function to save as a PDF. Unfortunately the Print function is tucked away behind the icons menu triple dot button above each mail. This is a rather cumbersome time consuming action to save emails at the moment. Is it possible to have either:
- a permanent print button in the icons menu above each menu
- make the icons menu above each email customizable so that the print button can be added by user's individual choice
- make a shortcut to print an email

I would like to have an option for Proton Semi-Premium packet, a low cost version, an economic plan, with a lower price, affordable for everyone.
Please take in consideration this suggestion and create a plan with a cost of 2-3-4 euro per month.
I am sure that tens of thousands will choose this kind of paid version

Calendar Options
Can we please be able to choose our calendar colour from a few different colours for each event or appointment we enter in our Calendar. This is the only reason why I haven't switched my calendar over from google. It assists me with the organization of my week.

Add an option to revert the recent colorscheme changes (approx. sep 13 2023)
The change in having the proton purple removed from the top bar, and changed to white, does not look as good as it did originally.

Turn Off Spam Altogether
I'd like a filter to let everything through. I have two spam filters, yours and SpamSieve. I have several accounts. SS is fully trained already. I can use my filtering. Your system is whitelisting and blacklisting the very same duplicates of emails. So I need to turn it off.

There is one one thing with Protonmail- I need to make a certain screenshot for the court, but after I have resend that particular e-mail I can not open it as state institution it sent to me

Link to User Voice from mobile apps
Sometimes I have a suggestion for UserVoice when I'm on my phone, but I cannot find a link to it from my Proton phone apps. It would also help if login to UserVoice was automatic if already logged into protonmail.
