[Meet] Meeting Agenda with Timed Sections, Prep Links, and Presenter Visibility
Add a built-in agenda system for Proton Meet that lets hosts define structured meeting sections before the call.
Each agenda item should support:
- title + expected duration
- attached links/documents
- visibility controls: visible to all participants or presenter-only
- assigned presenter/owner
- optional notes for preparationThis would provide clear meeting guidance, help participants prepare in advance, and improve facilitation by turning the agenda into a live structure for the call itself.

An AI keyboard driven by Lumo for windows, mac, ios and android in the proton product suite
safety first
Type four to eight times faster, dictate with ease.
users could even ask it to summarize emails or reply to emails based on what it sees on the screen
Emails/Messages/apps
It could even have the potential to listen to you and reply to fellow gamers while playing against them.

catch-all address can be a group
Currently the catch-all address can only be a single user. It would be handy to be able to forward catch-all messages to a group of addresses, any of whom can deal with it.

A account wide, global, "Don't annoy me" toggle.
When enabled, No "Security advice" will be shown in UI like suggesting that I add my phone number under recovery. No "Upgrade to this next big plan". No "Almost at limit, upgrade to business".
Just let me use the service without having to close 10 popups and read 15 warnings all trying to push me to buy a business plan or apply settings that are I am not interested in. I already paid what I think is good, and have already setup what I think is good.
Stop it, let me live in peace.

Display/show disk/storage space usage details
Various apps likely shows a disk space usage, for example ProtonMail desktop app in the bottom-left corner. Clicking it, I would assume to see the details on where the disk space is used, so i can potentially delete some content.
User should be able to see the list of services and its disk space usage, click the service with high usage to see even more details, being able to realize what to delete/cleanup. For example if it is Mail, show the list of largest folders and its sizes. Clicking folder would open it.

Onboarding Opt-out or Toggle
Current onboarding experience needs to be streamlined and needs to respect users. Currently, there are emails sent daily for the first week or so and then there are frequent notifications and banners and modal windows that pop up and interrupt the user while trying to complete a task or just send a quick email. This constant interruption and disrespect for user's time and agency is not welcomed. For those that need onboarding, let them opt in and for those that do not need onboarding, let them opt out. There should be a single question upon new account creation: "Would you…

Proton Authenticator Theme
Right off the bat, Proton Authenticator's theme and aesthetic design honestly leave something to be desired, and it feels somewhat less like the clean cut look like Proton typically has. I think if it were actually themed after Pass it would look more attractive, and TOTP items lined up in Pass look really good - along with the countdown coloring. Just more TOTP dedicated in Authenticator's case with a site icon in place of the item icon, etc.

Proton Mastodon Instance
Proton always seeks European options and creation. With the creation of a Mastodon instance a European‑hosted tool on a European server it provides a social and scalable option alongside Proton’s other tools.

standard notes: Note sharing
I have a suggestion.
Sharing notes with someone else.Short explanation:
If 2 users are using standard notes it should be possible to share notes between them.
I can choose to share a note with another user.
That other user can see the note between their own notes. They can hide the note if they want to.I think it would be best to work with an email.
So if I decide to share it an email will be sent to the other user where he/she can accept the invitation and the note appears in their standard notes. The editing…3 votes -
Better importation/linking with Gmail with Proton Mail
First off, I LOVE the new ability to link your gmail account. This is extremely helpful, and removes 90% of my reliability with Gmail as it's all available with Proton Mail.
However, organization is needed for a couple different reasons.
1) Spam/Promotion
Gmail gives you HUNDREDS of emails into a quick "Promotions" area. All of this goes unfiltered upon linking with Proton, and floods your entire Proton Inbox.
For emails listed under "Promotion" tab in gmail (as well as other misc areas such as Spam), it should be filtered into some type of Subfolder and/or ignored.I think the easiest…

Ability to filter on Proton Mail by the email address it is sending to you
Especially with the connection to Gmail, and especially with the already existing ability of up to 10+ alternative emails leading to the same inbox, we need the ability near the top of proton mail to "Filter by Address", with checkboxes for each of your email.
For example, if I have 3 Proton Emails, and my Gmail Account (PersonalProton1@pm.me, BusinessProton2@pm.me, MiscProton3@pm.me, Gmail@gmail.com), but I only want to see the emails for my business email (BusinessProton2@pm.me), I need to simply have a checkbox to only include inbox messages coming to that specific address (BusinessProton2@pm.me…

Windows: Open ics file should create the event automatically in Proton Calendar
It is not currently possible to set Proton Calendar as default calendar app on Windows.
An easy workaround would be to set Proton as the default app to open .ics file, so that double clicking on a downloaded ics file opens it in Proton Mail/Calendar and adds the event. At the moment the only way is top drag & drop the file on Proton Calendar, which is annoying when done from the web browser.

Allow Sub Labels
Today we can have sub folders, but it would be very handy to also be able to add Sub Labels. For example I can then have a main Lable called Inboxes. And then I can create a specific Lable for every email account I have.

Build an interface to allow simple encryption of locally stored Proton Mail messages
Capability to search content of ProtonMail messages currently seems to depend on storage of the messages on a local drive, in plaintext form. A PM user could locate the messages storage location, manually encrypt that directory, and then decrypt it when a detailed message search is required, remembering to encrypt again upon completion of the search operations. But this seems like tedious work that could be automated. Perhaps an interface could be built between the ProtonMail search function and encryption software, so that the user would only have to enter a password, or otherwise authenticate the use of encryption software,…

Better handling of app URIs
iOS and other mobile devices still struggle to process app URLs correctly. Very often, instead of opening the relevant app, instead a Web browser or app store launches, presenting completely useless, generic views.
Accordingly, it would be really helpful were the various Proton platform mobile apps, to check the scheme of URI's to see if the OS has a registered app, and open those directly, rather than attempt to launch the URI directly in a mobile or embedded browser.
This UX quirk happens basically every single time a mobile app URI appears in Proton Mail or other Proton apps.
