Filter for Accounts with Weak/Compromised Passwords in Dark Web Scan
Filtering the list of accounts that use emails exposed in dark web data breaches that additionally have weak or compromised passwords would go a long way toward helping me prioritize this list.
Some of my exposed emails have hardened and unique passwords and would not be the top priority when I have so many accounts (hundreds!) to update. I can always go back and update the alias once the high priority logins (weak/compromised) passwords are hardened.

Themes for the Android app
I ask Proton to create a theme for their Android app based on Gray and dark colors, the current purple background theme and colored icons are the only ones allowed, forcing users to have to use only those colors.
There should be two options, one of garish colors and colored based on the purple that seems to be the brand image of the company, and another option of dark and gray color more sober and adult.
Thank you for your attention.

Family plan with just email and calendar
More cost effective family plan, I only want email and calendars for 4 family members, the other apps could be an add-on for an additional fee.
At the moment Tuta is half the price for my family: €12 (4 x €3) vs €23,99. I know I get 6 accounts and a lot more features with Proton, but it is no added value for me.

Inbox Zero assistant that actually respects privacy
I’d love to see Proton Mail build an AI assistant that helps me get to Inbox Zero without giving up the privacy that brought me to Proton in the first place.
Right now, most “smart inbox” tools require full access to email content. That’s a non-starter. If Proton could offer something similar, but built around encryption and user control, it would fill a real gap.
What I’m looking for is simple in practice:
- A daily triage view that sorts emails into clear groups like “reply,” “waiting,” “archive,” and “unsubscribe”
- Quick summaries of long threads so I don’t have to reread…

Whatsapp compatible messenger
Make a whatsapp compatible messenger that can message people using whatsapp like BirdyChat. This will make it easier to grow without everyone having to switch.

OneNote style Journaling platform
It would be great to have an encrypted version of Microsoft’s OneNote through Proton. The journaling features and organization of notes isn’t fully matched through Proton Docs but I’d definitely love to see some form of Proton Notes/Journaling platform for encrypted notes. Also, please, have a dark mode by default built in!

Codeberg instead of Github
I wish protonmail apk and everything from Proton would be on Codeberg instead of Github. It would be a good switch for privacy if Proton would take this step. Github is owned by Microsoft which is not trustworthy. Codeberg is based in Germany and has good benefits over Github.

Incorporating private journaling into the Proton ecosystem
Current, existing mobile journaling apps demand access to personal details. This new feature would be a value add in-line with ethos of the Proton, and a beneficial for user who have multiple journaling needs ranging from mental health related daily journaling to daily note taking needs.

Proposal: A Unified "All-Inclusive" Plan with Lumo Plus & Multi-User Options
Hello Proton Team,
I am writing to strongly suggest the creation of a new, unified subscription plan that bundles all Proton services—including Lumo Plus—into a single, affordable package.
Currently, the separation between the core privacy suite (Mail, Drive, VPN, etc.) and the AI assistant (Lumo Plus) creates a barrier for users who want a complete privacy ecosystem. Having to pay for a family plan (like Duo or Family) and then purchase Lumo Plus as a separate, additional subscription for each user makes the total cost prohibitively high for many families and individuals.
My specific proposal:

Bounded Grid
Hi Proton team,
I'd like to request the ability to set a bounded grid in Proton Sheets, essentially, the ability to define the last column (and/or row) of a spreadsheet so that anything beyond it is not displayed.
Currently, Proton Sheets uses an unbounded grid, meaning the spreadsheet extends infinitely to the right and downward. While functional, this creates a lot of visual noise when working with small, focused spreadsheets. The endless empty columns make it harder to stay focused on the actual data.
Google Sheets handles this well by allowing users to delete columns entirely, shrinking the sheet's total…

automatic forward filter
I would love the ability to create a filter to automatically forward an email to some other email, instead of just redirecting to a different folder.
Thanks

Please give some attention to Simple Login.
Simple Login has been abandoned for 4 years now. The apps are extremely outdated. Addy.io (the competition of SL) has been taking strides in development during the past few months. Their apps are very modern, feature rich. SL can't even replace capital letters by small letters and gives errors all the time when creating aliases. Mostly autofill doesn't work as we have to click and edit the auto filled email or it doesn't register on most websites. It just visually populates the field but doesn't really type anything unless you edit it.

Add in app Face ID for Lumo App like in Proton Pass
The Lumo app doesn't have in app Face ID like Proton mail and Proton pass, which might be a concern to some Users. This would improve security by a lot!

Swaping files (left and right) in Proton Drive Mobile iOS like in Photos
After opening a file (ex : picture) in Proton Drive mobile, would it please be possible to add the possibility to change files by sliding left or right (previous/next) as it is already to the case in Photos?
Right now, we have to close the file by cliking "Done" (or dragging down) and then opening the new file.
Hope it will be a easy fix. Thanks for your hard work.1 vote -
Side Panel in Mail/Drive should show ALL Proton Apps by default (Drive, Docs, Sheets...)
Currently, the Side Panel of my Proton installation only shows a few apps (Mail, Calendar). For exemple, Proton Drive and Proton Docs are missing. This makes navigation difficult (incl for Duo/Unlimited users) who want to stay within the Proton ecosystem. Please add a 'Show All Apps' button or pin Drive/Docs by default.

Set a Default Self-Destruct on all incoming mail.
To keep inboxes, and even folders, under control I find myself using the self destruct frequently. However, it takes time to set for many emails. I suggest being able to set a default self destruct timer on every incoming (and outgoing) email, that I could disable only on the emails that I would actually like to keep long-term.
