Box.com has the ability to add Boxnotes, which are quick text files that you can add to your drive storage folders. Currently i have to open a text note and save it to the folder. With Boxnotes, I can go to a folder and add a boxnote without having to open word or the notepad and then save it. Its a small feature, but a handy convenience.

Once a notes app and reminders app are created I would be able to get rid of apple completely!

A note app like OneNote would be perfect for me. Obviously it should have integration with Drive, Mail and Calendar.

I currently use Simplenote. It's fine for quickly jotting down something or when making a shopping list.

Adding a simple text-edit feature to Proton Drive, making the editing process more streamlined for users like myself who migrating from Google Drive, would be excellent. I'd expect it to be fairly straightforward to add, but I don't know much about what implementing that would look like.

We need Proton Note like NoteWise features, or design Proton Note with alert intergrated with ProtonMail. Here is my idea, when I receive an email message, I must to copy a note from the email message as appointment [doctor], call [person], intersted [info], feedback [new idea], return response at [a date with time], and others. In other idea is, comprehensive app like NoteWise app.

I'd like to replace my current Evernote with a Proton Notes, I use notes a lot, as do a number of other people around the world and I think this offer would be most welcome. I vote for a future Proton Notes! :)

Note is all times useful app, where every plan,task...and lot of personal planning included, so normally privacy is big issue where, and another thing is accessibility, some app are not accessible by windows, some are not user friendly interface. So, Proton would be my first priority, if I get it. I'm highly hopeful about it.

A real simple Note feature: Add button on "create event" or anywhere on the day in the calendar to add note. Have a title/label field for each note. Then area to type note. This would satisfy other features such as journal or todo list (labels/titles). Also, add a feature where you can view all notes and sort.

I really like the way Nextcloud Hub merges Notes into their file explorer web app. It's a light weight rich editor saving notes as markdown (.md) format. You don't need to know markdown, its just the format for the notes.

Would be extremely usefull to have a note taking application as part of Proton Drive or as a seperate application.
The feature added in proton pass is cumbersome and requires an extension to browser, difficult if sitting down at variable computers, would need to always add the extension then remember to log out

I’d love to see more tutorials from Proton, to master all its abilities faster and better. At least to noobs, like me. I’d suggest to make more educating videos for that. As far as I see the explainer video cost (https://bluecarrot.io/blog/what-is-explainer-video-production-pricing-different-video-types-and-costs/ ) is not so high and, guess, should be affordable. IMO the animated explainers will be so helpful. Especially, when it comes to some new Proton’s features.

Ability to create and edit plain text files through the web app & mobile app. Ability to "pin" text files so they appear at the top of the list. When viewing a list of text files in a folder, display the first 6 lines of the contents of the text file, not just the file name, size in bytes and date last modified. So simple, and so useful!
