secure notes? add-on to calendar or separate would be great.

Make it like iOS notes. It’s a great balance of simple but allows pics and enough styling to be readable. It’s the last gap for me in your products.

ProtonOffice must be a better name and must go beyond simple: be a web alternative to Google Docs, Microsoft Office, OnlyOffice and LibreOffice.

Agreed as well. This is kind of important. In-app and in browser - it is a killer feature.

A Proton office suite would be great! And with the possibility of editing texts collaboratively.

I would love Proton Notes. Start simple, just plain text and maybe markdown or rich text. A simple first implementation will quiet a lot of people, such as myself, even when more advanced features will be desired down the line.
While not encrypted, FastMail has a pretty good implementation of this. Simple rich text editor, no collaboration, no inline images, etc. (Not that I don't want those things but like I said --keep it simple to start.)
Standard Notes is great but sometimes I think they got ahead of themselves with all the 3rd party editors and so-on.

Good Idea! I don't use Proton drive very often because it's not very easy to use from the current browser. I think it would be more convenient to be able to make notes in Proton Drive.

Hello !
A dedicated (extra app) note taking application (Proton Notes) and with full integration of Proton Drive would be excellent to complete your all-in-one application suite ! Like Skiff Pages or Standard Notes.
Perfect integration with End-to-End Encrypted Notes directly in Proton Drive.
PS : With support for MarkDown and Pictures of course :P
Thanks.

Notes are super important. Not as an extension of the calendar, but as a standalone. Like Google Keep but better.

Make Proton notes like Skiff notes: an end to end encrypted collaboration Platform/ workspace. This could have a Chat/ commentary function as well!

I am about to pay for a subscription for Standard Notes, I hope that Proton Notes will be launched before I have to renew at Standard Notes - And that I'm able to export my work easily by then :)

If ProtonMail wishes to join the ranks of industry leaders a holistic suite of apps that include email, calendar, notes, and todo/tasks is necessary. This is why companies like Zoho are so successful. At the end of the day I will end up with a one-stop shop software solution as I grow weary of managing my data across multiple vendors.

I would love to see Proton Drive support something similar to the Google Keep "virtual sticky notes" file concept. Not sure if they could keep it "zero knowledge of content" but perhaps there would be a way to do that so that one could edit these files on the fly without having to download them.
