Consistent Cross-Platform Functionality
Proton apps should offer consistent functionality across mobile, desktop, and the web. Currently, several important actions are only available in one version, forcing users to switch platforms unnecessarily.
Examples:
Proton Drive: File sharing cannot be initiated from the mobile or desktop app and requires opening the web version. Sharing should be possible directly within the apps.
Calendar: Sharing a calendar with another Proton user currently works only on desktop, not on mobile.

Wife Acceptance Factor!
It is an instant problem, as soon as I have to tell my wife that she has do some actions in one place - like and other in Iphone app.
Please - please - make the functions consistent - or else I will loose the ability to convince other non-tech familiy members about the Proton benefits.
Slow down and make changes consistent and to the core.
Keep it to safe communication and the small ecosystem around it with contacts, calendar, chat, etc.
Do not make video editors, chess game apps, programming environmens etc.
